| With the rapid economic development of modern society,statistical management information system has been widely used in the statistical business work of application statistical enterprises,and the enterprise’s infrastructure construction for statistical work has gradually increased,and has achieved remarkable results.Good statistical work can not only provide accurate information for enterprises,but also provide guidance for enterprises,which is conducive to the future development of enterprises.As the pillar industry of China’s economic development,mining enterprises should pay more attention to the implementation of statistical work in the process of production and operation.This paper studies and develops the comprehensive statistical management information system of Pingzhuang Coal Industry,which manages the comprehensive statistical data of the whole company in terms of total economic accounting,production and operation,investment and construction,finance,human resources,sales,mineral resources,etc.,organizes the formulation of rules and regulations for the planning and plan management of the group company,and analyzes the potential value of the data,Timely provide information reference and decision support basis for group leadership and relevant departments,and provide help for enterprise information construction.The following work has been carried out1.This paper analyzes the organization business relationship between the departments involved in the statistical business,and determines the main functions and permissions of each department in the system according to the main responsibilities of each department.This paper analyzes the current business process,points out the shortcomings,reorganizes the business process,analyzes the data process on the basis of the new business process,establishes the data dictionary,and lays the foundation for the overall design of the system.2.Using B/S structure,the system is designed into five layers:presentation layer,business logic layer,service layer,data access layer and entity class library.According to the conceptual structure and physical structure of the database,the system database is designed.According to the type of users,the system is divided into three subsystems.The subsystem is designed in detail and each functional module is realized.3.The key technology of the system is studied.The report generation process is divided into three steps:data structure making,report template updating and report generation.The dynamic report generation is realized.Npoi library and datatable data table are used to directly operate excel cells to realize the export and customization of complex reports.Using the sales data reported in the system combined with Baidu ecart library to analyze the sales theme data.The system is developed under the.Net platform,combined with SQL Server 2016 database,and developed a comprehensive statistical management information system with scalability,maintainability,portability and other characteristics.Through practical application,the effect is good,which is of great significance to improve the statistical business management level of Pingzhuang Coal Industry. |
