Research And Development Of Information Management System For Cement Manufacturing Process Control

With the development of industry and information technology,industrial production management informationization and industrial control intelligence have become a trend.As an important raw material for economic construction,cement industry is bound to develop in the direction of informationization and intelligence.However,the current cement process control system has more single-link control and lacks integration with production process data,output data,quality data,etc.,so that a large amount of data cannot be effectively used.Using OPC technology,database technology,Web service and other web client development technologies,we have developed a comprehensive management system for cement manufacturing process control information.The system is a subsystem of the comprehensive management platform for production data of cement enterprises.The system is divided into three parts: data acquisition module,data storage module and client function module.The main work completed is as follows:(1)Combining the cement process control system and the cement production process,conduct a demand analysis of the process control information integrated management system from two aspects of data integration,data monitoring and analysis,and design the overall framework and functional structure of the system according to the system requirements.(2)According to the hardware and software configuration requirements of the field environment,the system uses a B / S three-tier architecture based on Microsoft’s.NET platform,the database uses SQL Server 2012,and the programming environment is Visual Studio 2012.(3)Analyze and summarize the data characteristics of the cement process control system,clarify the data collection point,and give specific data collection point information,and design the system in detail.Data collection is completed by a combination of automatic collection and manual entry;according to the characteristics and classification of various types of data,data storage is composed of three types of databases: system management database,production process information database and process control system database;The control system consists of real-time monitoring,data query,single-link data analysis,multi-link data analysis and user authority management.The system displays variousinformation of the cement process control system to users in the form of chart analysis and data query.(4)Programming realizes real-time monitoring module of control system,general data input module,comprehensive query and analysis function module of control system information data,system login and authority management module.Integrate the cement process control information with the production process data,output data and quality data,etc.,to realize the effective management and utilization of the data in the cement production control process.The system has been applied in a cement company,and the system is operating normally.
