| Currently, the development of the beer industry has driven its equipment manufacturing industry expand quickly. Many beer equipment manufacturing enterprises start to provide extra services for the products to enhance their competitiveness. However, the management level of filling lines for the beer production is generally very low and the equipment utilization and production efficiency still remains to improve. It is a good way for the beer equipment manufacturing enterprises to improve their product added values and production efficiency through the management of the beer filling data based on the computer and information technologies.Considering the actual demand of the beer filling equipment manufacturing enterprises, this paper develops an information management system based on the J2EE platform. The main contents are shown as below.Firstly, this paper discusses the features of the production of the beer filling equipment and the current management situation of the beer filling lines. Based on the existing problems of the beer filling lines, the demand of the information management system are proposed.Secondly, this paper discusses the fundamental theory of the overall equipment efficiency (OEE), derives the general production system comprehensive efficiency indicators and then applys them in the beer filling lines. Through these two indexes, we analyze the efficiency loss of the beer filling lines and proposed the suggestions from both the single-machine and production-line aspects. An efficiency assessment system is set up in this paper.Thirdly, a data processing and analysis scheme which includes from the data collection to the final presentation is proposed.Fourthly, this paper describes each function module of the information management system for the beer filling lines in detail, including the factory modelling, the basic data, the production data collection, the data analysis and presentation, the report management and so on. This information management system for the beer filling lines is developed based on the B/S framework. |
