| Due to the rapid development of economy and industrialization,the area of industrial land in China is constantly expanding,and the problem of soil pollution is becoming more and more serious.Soil pollution has affected the health of tens of millions of people.In order to find out the source of soil pollutants and reduce or eliminate the health risks caused by soil pollution,the State Council promulgated the Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution in 2016.State departments participate in and supervise industrial pollution in petrochemical,coking,non-ferrous metal smelting,electronic waste,electroplating,tanning and other industries,carry out soil environmental pollutant surveys,conduct information management of soil environment,and strengthen soil pollution prevention and control.Therefore,it is necessary to collect a large number of sample data information,hoping to clarify the relationship between the impact of soil pollutants on the physical condition of the human body after exposure through statistical analysis of the important data of the large number of samples and animal model experimental data.There are many types of data and a huge amount of information.But how to manage the tasks,equipment and data of each laboratory is the first problem to be solved in exposome research.Therefore,this paper proposes a data management and analysis system based on microservices for the management and analysis needs of information in the exposome research laboratory.The system incorporates data analysis methods and visualization methods to improve researchers’ efficiency to analyze data and readability of data,which provide important technical support for searching biomarkers.The main work of this thesis is as follows:First,this thesis analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional laboratory information management system,and proposes an architecture based on Spring Cloud with reasonable division of microservices to ensure the operability and scalability of the system.In view of the relative independence of the research content of each laboratory and the expansion of research fields,designing independent laboratory-based business microservice components,and adopting a division method based on architecture and business,which can design reasonable degree of cohesive coupling of business microservices to ensure System performance and communication reliability;by reasonably setting the identity and authority authentication of system users,system administrators and researchers in their respective laboratories can see different display interfaces,which is beneficial to system and data security.Second,this thesis combines data analysis methods commonly used in exposome research,and incorporates data analysis methods such as basic data characteristics,cluster analysis,correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression into the system’s data management.Classify the samples to find differences within the group,analyze the correlation analysis results of each dimension,and choose to verify the multivariate linear relationship between the dimensions,helping researchers simplify the difficulty of analyzing data and save time;the use of data visualization technology to display the box plots,scatter plots and map scatter plots commonly used in the statistical research of exposome data is beneficial to observe the numerical distribution,general trend and geographic spread of the data.Third,the system in this thesis takes the desensitized environment and human sample data as an example to display the overall implementation results after the system is implemented,as well as data analysis results and visual charts,indicating that the system has certain engineering application value.Through the research in this thesis,the realized system has the flexible expansion ability based on laboratory information management for different industries,and helps to improve the data analysis efficiency of researchers. |
