With the global warming,frequent extreme weather,and the rapid deterioration of the ecological environment,environmental protection has gradually entered the human field of vision and has attracted the attention of the international community.In recent years,environmental pollution problems such as haze and water pollution have brought great threats to the health of the people and greatly affected the quality of life of the people.Resource depletion,environmental pollution,and ecological deterioration have severely hindered my country’s economic and social development.As an important subject of the national economy,enterprises should actively assume social responsibilities.While pursuing economic benefits,they should focus on ecological benefits,achieve sustainable corporate development,establish environmentally friendly enterprises,and establish a good image of "green environmental protection".As an important constituent element of an enterprise,employees’ green behavior occupies a vital position in the environmental protection practice of the enterprise.Therefore,how to advocate green behavior of employees has become a current research hotspot.This research focuses on employee green behavior and the influencing laws of its influencing factors.T This study conducted interviews with 23 research subjects to obtain raw data.And through coding to screen and identify the influencing factor indicators.Validation is carried out through expert consultation method,and finally the indicators of the influencing factors of employees’ green behavior are determined and the weights of the influencing factors of each employee’s green behavior are analyzed through the analytic hierarchy process;the calculation analysis is carried out through the fuzzy set theory and the decision-making evaluation and laboratory analysis method to identify 9 key influencing factors such as personality traits,environmental values,green motivation,and willingness to green behavior.Finally,use the explanatory structure model to construct an explanatory structure model,divide the hierarchical structure,and identify the influencing factors that have superficial,middle,deep,and root influences on employees’ green behavior,and the logical relationship between each influencing factor research.Based on the research results,the corresponding management recommendations are put forward from the government,enterprise,and leadership levels to provide guidance and inspiration for companies to advocate green behaviors of employees:give full play to the government’s role in regulating and guiding the sustainable development of companies;companies should fully establish a green organizational culture,Create a good green organization atmosphere;give full play to the exemplary role of leaders in environmental protection;guide and standardize the green behavior of employees in a targeted manner.This research further expands the research on the influencing factors of employees’green behaviors.Through the identification of the influencing factors of employees’green behaviors,a system of influencing factors of employees’ green behaviors is constructed,which realizes the integration of influencing factors of employees’ green behaviors and forms a complete A cross-level influencing factor framework;and based on the explanatory structure relationship model,it reveals the deep-seated factors that affect employees’ green behavior and the interrelationships among the various systems.Furthermore,the framework of the influencing factors of employees’ green behaviors is constructed,and the gap in the research on the interrelationships of influencing factors of employees’ green behaviors is filled. |
