Research On Rural Ecological Revitalization In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has all the elements of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,grass and sand.In recent years,great progress has been made in the construction of ecological civilization and the protection of the ecological environment.It is an ecological security barrier in northern my country.With the deepening of reform and opening up,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has seized the opportunity.With its superior natural conditions and geographical location,the economy has developed rapidly,and the level of agricultural production and the quality of life of farmers have been qualitatively improved.Due to the blind pursuit of economic development,the ensuing rural ecological problems have become increasingly obvious,and have gradually become one of the restrictive factors for the in-depth development of the countryside and the early realization of the rural revitalization strategy.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of ecological civilization in Inner Mongolia has been highly valued by the state.In view of the severe rural ecological environment,Inner Mongolia is guided by Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought,insists on giving priority to green ecology,and actively promotes the formation of ecological livability.After entering the new era,some achievements have been made in rural ecological revitalization in Inner Mongolia,but there are still many thorny problems that need to be solved urgently.Based on relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper is based on my country’s rural revitalization strategy,and conducts research on the problems existing in the rural ecological revitalization of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.First of all,it expounds the research background,significance,content and method of this paper,the status and role of ecological revitalization in rural revitalization are expounded from a theoretical point of view,highlighting the necessity and practical significance of the research.This article combines the actual situation of rural construction in Inner Mongolia to elaborate on the five main policies that Inner Mongolia supports in promoting rural ecological revitalization,accelerating the resolution of outstanding ecological and environmental problems,and ensuring supervision and rectification.The work will be effective and the policy of ecological restoration will be further promoted.Combined with the actual situation in the process of rural construction and development in Inner Mongolia,it introduces the achievements of rural ecological revitalization,and analyzes the main problems faced by the current rural ecological revitalization,mainly including:frequent occurrence of various ecological and environmental problems,severe pollution in rural production and life,Rural ecological and environmental protection facilities are backward,farmers’ concept of ecological governance is weak,and ecological governance supervision is not in place.In response to the above problems,this paper gives targeted suggestions for improving the development of rural ecological revitalization in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region:to speed up the resolution of various outstanding environmental problems and build an ecological security barrier in the north;to develop a green ecological economy and promote sustainable agricultural development;to improve basic environmental protection facilities and strengthen Rural ecological governance;strengthen the construction of ecological culture,enhance farmers’ awareness of ecological and environmental protection;build a multi-governance pattern,and implement inspection and rectification work.
