Study On The Value Of Xi Jinping's Ecological Civilization Leading Rural Revitalization

The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has always been a major issue that needs to be addressed in China's modernization drive.After entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,with the comprehensive deepening of reform and the comprehensive advancement of modernization,the issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers have become increasingly prominent.The current issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers are not only issues of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers themselves,but also a major issue concerning whether the strategic goals of China's socialist modernized power can be successfully achieved.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC puts forward the strategy of revitalizing the countryside,emphasizing that the issue of agriculture and rural peasants is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and that the issue of "three rural issues" must always be taken as the top priority of the work of the entire party.The problem of rural ecological environment is a very important content of the "three rural issues".Accelerating the solution of the problem of pollution of the rural ecological environment is not only related to the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,but also to the advancement of China's ecological civilization and the realization of modernization goals.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC that the construction of ecological civilization is a fundamental plan concerning the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.We must firmly establish a socialist concept of ecological civilization and promote a new pattern of modernization in which humans and nature develop harmoniously.Xi Jinping's concept of ecological civilization not only led the development of ecological civilization construction in China,but also provided scientific theoretical guidance for the realization of rural rejuvenation.This article takes "the value of Xi Jinping's concept of ecological civilization to lead the rural revitalization and its realization approach" as its topic,and its main purpose is to explore the ecological strategy to realize rural revitalization.The main body of this article includes the following four aspects:The first part,an overview of Xi Jinping's view of ecological civilization.Based on the analysis of the background and ideological origin of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization view,the connotation of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization is explained: "green-oriented"ecological economic view,"adhering to the harmonious coexistence of man and nature",ecological social view,"ecological "Xing is civilized and Xing" ecological cultural concept,"ecological benefit the people,ecological benefit the people,ecological for the people"ecological livelihood concept,"people and nature is a community of destiny" ecological development concept.The second part,the ecological dilemma of rural revitalization.This paper analyzes the ecological predicament faced by the rural revitalization from three aspects: the weak awareness of rural ecological protection,the imperfect rural environmental governance mechanism,the serious pollution of the rural environment and the waste of resources.The third part,the value of Xi Jinping's concept of ecological civilization leading the rural development.Combining the content of Xi Jinping's view of ecological civilization and the reality of China's rural social development,it reveals the value of Xi Jinping's view of ecological civilization leading the rural development.The fourth part,Xi Jinping's concept of ecological civilization leads the way to realize the value of rural revitalization.The four aspects including strengthening environmental governance and helping the village to revitalize with beautiful ecology;establishing modern ecological awareness and leading the rural revitalization with scientific concepts;transforming production modes and developing ecological economy;improving management systems and strengthening the promotion of ecological governance policies and systems Xi Jinping's concept of ecological civilization leads the way to realize the value of rural revitalization.
