Research On In Inner Mongolia Ecological Civilization Construction Under The Guidance Of Xi Jinping’s Ecological Civilization Thought

The construction of ecological civilization is an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In 2012,the 18th National Congress of the Party listed the construction of ecological civilization as the "five-in-one" overall layout.Inner Mongolia is an important ecological security barrier in northern China.General Secretary Xi Jinping is very concerned about the construction of ecological civilization in Inner Mongolia.He has made important instructions many times,providing basic compliance and effective guidance for the acceleration of ecological civilization in Inner Mongolia.Based on Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought,this article systematically analyzed its formation and development process,rich ideological connotation,theoretical value and practical value.At the same time,it systematically sorted out the important statements and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the construction of ecological civilization in Inner Mongolia,and analyzed the significance of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought on the construction of ecological civilization in Inner Mongolia.On this basis,using Xi Jinping’s standpoints,viewpoints and methods of ecological civilization,aiming at the construction of ecological civilization in Inner Mongolia,combined with theoretical analysis and practical research,analyzed the main shortcomings of the construction of ecological civilization in Inner Mongolia from the four dimensions of ecological environment status,economic and social development,ecological system,and ecological civilization awareness.And for the above shortcomings,proposed a solution path.First,through the ecological environment governance,scientific planning of the main functional areas,the delineation of the ecological protection red line,the rational development and utilization of water resources,continuous Strengthen ecological protection and rectification efforts.Second,by accelerating economic transformation and upgrading,developing ecological follow-up industries,accelerating technological innovation,adjusting resource development strategies,and actively promoting the transformation of economic development methods.Third,by strengthening the system construction,improving the ecological compensation mechanism,changing the government governance model,and constantly improving the ecological civilization construction system.Fourth,by strengthening the construction of ecological culture,integrating ecological cultural resources,and vigorously developing ecological culture.Fifth,raise the awareness of ecological civilization,fully mobilize and play the role of the public and social organizations.In order to provide valuable theoretical reference and practical basis for the construction of ecological civilization in Inner Mongolia.
