| In recent years,with the outbreak of COVID-19,the global coal production and export volume have been greatly reduced,and the coal price has been rising all the way.The war between Russia and Ukraine has made overseas energy tense,further pushing up the international coal price,and coal purchasing enterprises and power plants have been struggling.At the same time,with the approach of carbon peak in2030 and carbon neutral target in 2060,the transformation of traditional energy enterprises is imminent.RL company,as a coal purchasing enterprise,serves the power plant and is facing enormous cost pressure and transformation challenges.Under the background above,the author combined with years of working experience in RL company,took RL company as the research object,and found the problems in RL company’s procurement management through in-depth interviews and other methods.In view of the procurement process problems,procurement planning problems,procurement decision-making problems and supplier management problems in RL company’s procurement management,this paper analyzes the problems in depth in combination with the procurement management theory and supplier management theory,proposes specific optimization schemes,establishes a supplier evaluation system,and implements safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the procurement management optimization scheme.Finally,through the optimization of fuel procurement management,the market competitiveness of RL company will be improved and the power generation cost of the power plant will be reduced.Through the analysis of the problems in the coal procurement management of RL company,this paper puts forward specific solutions to solve the problems of the enterprise itself,and also hopes to provide some reference for the coal procurement enterprises and the fuel procurement management of power plants. |
