| The carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality target proposed by the Central Government shows that China’s energy development direction is to vigorously develop renewable energy,reduce the proportion of fossil energy use,reflecting China’s determination to reduce emissions.As the main body of energy supply,power generation group needs to actively respond to the call of the country and help the low-carbon transition of the power industry.In addition,the electricity market competition intensifies,high coal price and high environmental protection cost bring coal power cost rise and benefit decline,coal power management is in a predicament.At the same time,the development of new energy,emerging industry and new model have become a new profit growth point of power generation group.It is of great economic and social significance for power generation group to realize low-carbon transition through adjusting business mix.Based on the progress of low-carbon transition path of power generation group,the following studies are carried out:Firstly,the paper analyzes the background environment of low-carbon transition of power generation group and the evaluation significance of transition progress from the aspects of policy requirements,difficulties in coal power operation and positive development of new energy,emerging industry and new model,sorts out relevant researches on enterprise lowcarbon transition,and introduces theories related to industrial value chain and comprehensive evaluation methods.Secondly,according to the theories related to industrial value chain,three transition paths of power generation group are proposed from the aspects of upstream technology product research and development,middle stream energy production and use,and downstream energy service in the energy industry,namely,transition to clean energy supplier,energy technology developer and integrated energy service provider.On this basis,evaluation indicators of transition status of three path are set up,and an evaluation indicator system of lowcarbon transition progress of large power generation groups mainly based on coal power generation is constructed,which contains 20 indicators from 7 dimensions.Then,the weight of progress evaluation index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to build the transformation progress evaluation model of large power generation group mainly based on coal power generation.Finally,the paper takes the State Power Investment Corporation Limited as an example to analyze its transition measures in three aspects:clean energy supply,energy technology development and integrated energy services.The progress of its low-carbon transition is quantified by the evaluation model,and the results show that its overall transition progress is fast.In terms of different paths,the transition to clean energy supplier is progressing at a faster pace,to energy technology developer at a fast pace,and to comprehensive energy service provider at a moderate pace.According to the quantitative results,suggestions are put forward to promote the low-carbon development of power supply structure,promote the high-quality development of integrated energy business,deepen the integration of energy business and information technology,and improve the financing mechanism.This paper provides theoretical support for low-carbon transition path selection and quantitative evaluation of transition progress of power generation groups,and also provides reference for in-depth study on low-carbon transition path evaluation of power generation groups. |
