Looking at China’s state-owned natural gas companies,we can find that human resource management plays an important role in these companies,and in this system,performance management is a particularly important content,which can help natural gas companies create more benefits and achieve development goals.In particular,the reform of staff reduction and efficiency increase is very important for the development of state-owned enterprises.Facing the environment of state-owned enterprise reform,X company must constantly improve its development power.Its important means is to apply the forced distribution method to optimize the performance management system.However,in the process of implementation,when encountering a series of problems,how to better apply the forced distribution method to play a positive role in motivating employees has become the focus of this study.Based on the theoretical research,combined with the application of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper will focus on the shortcomings of performance management of state-owned natural gas companies from the development status and life cycle of X state-owned natural gas companies.At the same time,it puts forward how to optimize the performance management system based on the forced distribution method,so as to provide reference for the same type of state-owned natural gas companies to build a perfect performance management system.After a detailed analysis of the relevant texts,it is found that x state-owned natural gas company has management problems in many aspects,especially in the aspect of performance management,which needs to be further improved.In detail,the company lacks detailed and scientific relevant indicators to evaluate the performance,does not select correct and reasonable key indicators,the mechanism for evaluating the relevant performance is not perfect,and the application of performance evaluation results is unscientific.While referring to the practice of similar organizations at home and abroad,this study comprehensively considers the development status and future development direction of X state-owned natural gas company,puts forward a scheme to improve the performance management system,aiming at improving satisfaction and incentive,and implements the countermeasures such as the distribution adjustment of assessment indicators,key performance assessment indicators,the introduction of multi-level KPI evaluation,and the rational application of assessment results,The corresponding safeguard measures are put forward.
