At present,many enterprises participate in the reform of state-owned enterprises,especially the important economic pillar of state-owned enterprises.The reform at the group level is limited to historical problems and is often not easy to operate.In the process of reform,to "change" organizational design,organizational control and other corporate governance and group management and control mechanism construction,different governance mechanism design and control mode should be matched to reflect the flexibility and unity of the group’s intensive type and business unit,so as to better complete the reform,of which performance management is an important part.At present,A Company is still in the early stage of reform,and there are still some problems in performance management,such as non-standard performance assessment process and great difficulty in implementation,which need timely adjustment and improvement.Based on the reform background and transformation and upgrading requirements of A company,this paper starts from the special requirements of SOE reform on enterprise performance management,conducts research on the existing problems of A company’s performance management through questionnaires,field visits and other methods,and relies on relevant theories.According to the results of the survey questionnaire,the current performance management of A company has some problems,such as overthinking,imperfect system and irregular operation process,etc.,and employees generally lack enthusiasm for performance management.The main reasons are the negative attitude of the person in charge of performance management,the lack of institutional guarantee,the lack of scientific evaluation process and the improper application of the evaluation results.Combining the current reform of state-owned enterprises to optimize A company system,and better to delegate,stimulate the vitality of enterprise development,as well as the development of A joint stock company,need to improve performance management idea,establishing scientific performance management system,to strengthen the inspection cycle and index design,establish complete compensation management system,to ensure that the results of process control and feedback level to strengthen examination practical application effect of six aspects optimization.
