| Y Superhard Materials Co.,Ltd.,founded in 1995,is a small and medium-sized private enterprise specializing in the R & D,production and sales of synthetic diamond products.Its main products include diamond micro powder and diamond crushing materials,with an annual output of 300 million carats.With the firm pace of China’s reform and opening up for 40 years,the company has gradually developed from small to large,from weak to strong,from family workshops to high-tech enterprises with a certain scale,which is representative in the development of superhard material industry.In the current complex and changeable economic environment,on the one hand,the downstream demand of the industry has increased significantly,bringing opportunities to the industry.On the other hand,the enterprises in this line are basically medium,small and micro enterprises,with fierce internal competition.Y Superhard Material Co.,Ltd.has a small overall scale,weak comprehensive anti risk ability and lack of core competitive advantage,which restricts the sustainable development of the enterprise.By studying y Superhard Material Co.,Ltd.,this paper integrates the development strategy theory,competitive strategy theory,strategy related theory and strategy related tools.First,it uses pest and five forces model to study the external environment of Y Superhard Material Co.,Ltd.as a whole.Then it makes an overall study of the company’s internal resources and capabilities by means of field visits and questionnaires.Then,use the SWOT analysis tool to make a qualitative analysis of the internal and external environment of Y Superhard Material Co.,Ltd.,objectively and comprehensively analyze the macro environment,micro environment and the enterprise’s own ability of Y Superhard Material Co.,Ltd.,and make a SWOT qualitative analysis of its own strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats in combination with the characteristics of its industrial agglomeration.Finally,it summarizes the strategic elements of swot-ahp and constructs the SWOT quantitative model.Based on the model and taking strategic elements as the media,this paper calculates and summarizes the generation tactics.According to the calculation results of the model,it is determined that y Superhard Material Co.,Ltd.should adopt the focus strategy to realize the scale expansion.After the successful expansion,it is suggested that y Superhard Material Co.,Ltd.can implement the backward integration strategy.Finally,based on the actual situation of Y Superhard Materials Co.,Ltd.and under the guidance of the development strategy,a series of measures are formulated to optimize the company’s organizational structure,strengthen the management of human resources,strengthen technological innovation and create a cooperation mechanism,so as to effectively ensure the implementation of the development strategy. |
