Research On The Implementation Of Environmental Policies In Shenzhen Under The Background Of Environmental Supervision

In recent years,the problem of environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent,which violates the concept of sustainable development,and environmental governance is imminent.Environmental protection supervision refers to the most strict supervision mode in which the central government sends an environmental protection supervision team to inspect and supervise local governments on environmental protection issues,so as to promote local attention to environmental protection issues,promote local governance of environmental protection issues,and help realize the sustainable development of local economy and improve people’s living environment.Shenzhen has carried out environmental protection supervision and ‘looking back’,and achieved fruitful results,such as the successful governance of Maozhou river.However,with the deepening of practice,there are also some urgent problems to be solved in the policy implementation of Shenzhen environmental protection inspector.Therefore,the research of this topic has strong practical significance to improve Shenzhen environmental protection inspector.Using participatory observation,interview and other research methods,taking Smith’s policy implementation model as the theoretical basis and Shenzhen electroplating enterprises as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of environmental protection inspectors in Shenzhen,such as formalism law enforcement,overload of grass-roots law enforcement tasks and so on.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the rule of law governance mechanism,strengthening the training of law enforcement personnel,promoting the in-depth communication and cooperation between the government and enterprises,and creating a good social atmosphere,in order to promote the environmental protection supervision work in Shenzhen to achieve greater results.
