| In order to explore the influence of internal phase particle size of field mixed emulsion explosive on the anti vibration stability,anti extrusion stability,thermal stability and explosion performance,the field mixed emulsion explosive matrix with different internal phase particle size is obtained by setting different preparation speeds.The anti vibration and anti extrusion stability of emulsion explosive matrix with different internal phase particle sizes were evaluated by measuring the changes of macro structure,microstructure,ammonium nitrate precipitation and viscosity before and after simulated vibration and extrusion.The thermal stability of emulsion explosive and matrix with different internal phase particle sizes were evaluated by measuring the thermal decomposition characteristics of emulsion explosive matrix and the thermal sensitivity of emulsion explosive,various methods were used to calculate the reaction activation energy and analyze the reaction mechanism.By testing the detonation parameters of emulsion explosives,the explosion stability of emulsion explosives with different internal phase particle sizes is evaluated.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Vibration will accelerate the polymerization process of small droplets gradually merging into large droplets in the emulsion explosive matrix.With the increase of vibration time,the probability and degree of polymerization between phase particles in the emulsion explosive matrix increase,and the internal phase particle size gradually increases with the vibration time.Vibration will cause crystallization instability of matrix sample.This process is not carried out as a whole,but crystallization begins at the three-phase interface of matrix-air-wall.With the gradual increase of vibration time,it extends to the core part.The crystallization instability caused by vibration is related to interface material,impact strength and other factors.When the particle size is less than5.17μm,the anti vibration ability of the matrix sample is significantly improved.(2)The extrusion process will accelerate the crystallization instability and the change of physical and chemical properties of the matrix,reduce the performance of emulsion explosive matrix,and is not conducive to loading and other processes.With the increase of extrusion times,the probability and degree of Ostwald ripening and polymerization in the matrix system increase,and the degree of crystallization in the vicinity of particle contact due to the decrease of surfactant density after compression increases.When the particle size is less than 4.84μm,the extrusion resistance of the matrix sample is significantly improved.(3)The thermal stability of field mixed emulsion explosive matrix increases with the decrease of internal phase particle size,and Ea increases with the decrease of particle size of internal phase.The most probable kinetic mechanism function of field mixed emulsion explosive matrix with different internal phase particle size is different too: with the particle size is lagger than 10 μm,the kinetic reaction mechanism of emulsion explosive matrix is controlled by 2 dimensional valensi equation,with the particle size is less than 5 μm,the matrix kinetic reaction mechanism is controlled by 3 dimensional Z-L-T equation.The explosion point of field mixed emulsion explosive with different internal phase particle size and sensitization ratio is different: the explosion point of explosive samples decrease with the increase of sensitization ratio and with the decrease of internal phase particle size.When the prepared particle size is less than 5.66μm,the thermal stability of matrix and explosive samples is significantly improved.(4)The field mixed emulsion explosive with this formula has detonator sensitivity by simulating the sensitivity in the hole and other experimental methods.The detonation velocity of explosive samples increase with the decrease of internal phase particle size,and the brisance increases with the decrease of internal phase particle size.Brisance and detonation velocity are positive correlation.However,due to the factors : high water content and low charge density,the brisance and detonation velocity of the explosive sample of the formula and preparation process are less than those of rock emulsion explosive.In actual production and use,it is necessary to add additives and optimize the process to ensure its good and stable explosion performance.(5)In actual production,the preparation particle size and preparation speed of field mixed emulsion explosive matrix shall be reasonably controlled to ensure that the prepared field mixed emulsion explosive has good anti vibration stability,anti extrusion stability,thermal stability and explosion stability,so as to meet the requirements of field mixed loading technology for explosive rheological performance,stability and explosion performance,ensure
