The field mixed loading technology of emulsion explosive has been widely used in water conservancy,transportation,mining and other fields.In order to explore the influence of the ratio of engine oil and diesel oil on the properties of field mixed emulsion explosive in production,transportation,safety and using process,this paper analyzed and compared the differences of physical and chemical properties,vibration stability,thermal stability and explosive performance of field mixed emulsion explosive matrix prepared by six different oil phase materials.In this paper,by adjusting the mass fraction of engine oil and diesel oil in the oil phase material,six kinds of field mixed emulsion explosive matrix samples were obtained.The viscosity,microstructure and particle size distribution of dispersed phase of samples were measured and observed by viscometer,optical microscope and laser particle size analyzer;the transport process was simulated by frequency conversion oscillating table,and the viscosity,crystallization volume,conductivity and average particle size of dispersed phase droplet were measured by viscosimeter,conductivity meter and water solubility method after periodic vibration;thermogravimetric analysis was used to measure the thermal decomposition process of samples,Ozawa method,Starink method and Kissinger method were used to map and fit the thermal decomposition dynamic parameters of samples,and Satava-Sestak method and Coats-Redfern method were used to calculate and verify the model mechanism of the thermal decomposition process of matrix;combined with the theoretical detonation velocity and detonation heat of samples calculated by Brinkley-Wilson method,sodium nitnitrate solution of 0.3%,0.5%and 0.7%mass fraction were added into six kinds of matrix to sensitize into field mixed emulsion explosives,and actual detonation velocity,detonation heat and intensity of explosives were measured by detonation velocity meter,detonation calorimeter and lead column compression method.The main results are as follows:(1)Viscosity of mixed oil phase material increases with the increase of the engine oil mass fraction and the decrease of the diesel oil mass fraction.Under the same technological conditions,the particle size of the dispersed phase droplets decreases,viscosity of continuous phase oil film increases,and the apparent viscosity of the emulsion matrix increases.With the increase of oil mass fraction from 0%to 5.5%,the viscosity of oil phase increases from 5.21 m Pa·s to 65.96 m Pa·s,and the average particle size of dispersed phase decreases from 13.845μm to 2.785μm.Viscosity of samples A~F increases from 11318 m Pa·s to 33061 m Pa·s at 35℃.(2)The increase of engine oil mass fraction in the oil phase leads to the enhancement of toughness of the continuous phase oil film structure of prepared emulsion matrix,and the decrease of the particle size of the dispersed phase droplet,which slows down the growth rate of the viscosity,crystallization volume,electrical conductivity and other parameters of the matrix under the action of vibration,and improves the vibration stability of the matrix.After 10 vibration cycles,viscosity,crystallinity and electrical conductivity of emulsion explosive matrix F with pure engine oil phase increased by 6.7%,10.7 times and 30.7 times,respectively,and vibration stability was the best.Compared with the original sample,viscosity,crystallinity and electrical conductivity of sample A with pure diesel oil phase increased by 38.9%,18.5 times and 42.7 times respectively,and the vibration stability was the worst.(3)With the increase of engine oil mass fraction,the initial reaction temperature To,the peak DTG temperature Tp and the apparent activation energy E in the thermal decomposition process of latex matrix increased first and then decreased,and the thermal stability of matrix A~F increased firstly and then weakened.Matrix D prepared from 2.5%diesel oil and 3%engine oil has the highest initial reaction temperature To,peak DTG temperature Tp,average apparent activation energy E,and the best thermal stability.(4)With the increase of the mass fraction of engine oil and the decrease of the mass fraction of diesel oil,the C/H ratio of the components of the field mixed emulsion explosive increases and the average particle size of the dispersed phase drops decreases,and energy of all the particles in the explosive is basically released at the same time when detonation occurs,and actual detonation heat,detonation velocity and intensity of the explosive increase.Actual detonation velocity of field mixed emulsion explosive F1 with 5.5%engine oil phase and 0.7%sensitizing agent mass fraction is3915.04 m·s-1,brisance is 12.17 mm,and detonation heat is 2466.02 k J·kg-1,showing the best explosive performance.Figure[39]Table[21]Reference[91]... |
