This paper based on―the bulk emulsion explosives charge in small diameterhole‖that invented by Hunan Changfuzhonghe Technology Co., Ltd. In order to solvethe problem of domestic backward charge level in complex environment especiallyunderground mine blasting, we manufactured bulk emulsion explosive applied tounderground deep-hole that contains the latex matrix and sensitization methods tomeet the requirements of site mixed and charge. Then we carried out a series ofground simulation test and industrial trial. Research shows that:(1) Combined with oxygen balance and theoretical calculation of thermodynamic, weestablish and solve the mathematical modelling for bulk small diameter emulsified explosivematrix formula, and have a series of optimization design for the production processparameters. We developed the latex matrix with good characteristics such as liquidity,resistance to turbulence, storage period long and moderate viscosity etc.(2) Utilize the multifunctional composite sensitization agent and continuouson-line sensitization technology to meet the bulk small diameter emulsified explosivefast foaming requirement. Also it can improve sensitization effect and explosivesbubble scattered the detonation.(3) Utilize advanced lubrication friction reduction agent and add technology, hassignificantly lubrication friction reduction effect, reduce the latex matrix conveyingmore than60%resistance, guarantee the long process of conveying matrix does notoccur sensitization, increasing the production safety of nature.(4) The density of explosive is1~1.1g/cm~3. It can be ignited by detonator andhave good performance as the detonation velocity4300~5000m/s, the brisance12mmand detonation5cm.(5) Industrial trial results showed that: the device can meet the needs of open-airand underground blasting charge demand. The technology of bulk emulsion explosivesite mixed and charge reduces loading labor intensity of workers, improves thecharging efficiency and the blasting effect and reduce the consumption of explosivesand blasting cost. And it has the remarkable social benefit and economic benefit.
