It is a widely used blasting method to use the energy-forming effect of explosives to cut the target explosively, and one of the main factors affecting the explosive cutting effect is the explosives used.In blasting engineering,in order to maximize the explosive energy of explosives and the safety of explosives, most of them use mixed explosives. As the most commonly used industrial explosive, emulsion explosive can also be used as a drug for explosive cutting, but the detonation speed of ordinary emulsion explosive is low,and the effect of explosive cutting is poor.In order to improve the explosive performance of emulsion explosives to meet the requirements of explosive cutting, different contents of passivated RDX were added to the emulsion explosives in this paper, and the mixed explosives were studied by a combination of experiments and simulations. The specific research results are as follows:(1)In order to increase the stability of the prepared mixed explosive, the sensitizer uses glass microspheres instead of conventional chemical sensitization. The use of chemically sensitized emulsion explosives will cause the bubbles in the explosives to burst and escape during the mixing and charging process, causing the explosives to lose detonator sensitivity and fail to detonate. The use of glass microspheres for sensitization can ensure subsequent doping in the emulsion explosives. The process of passivating RDX and the charging process were carried out smoothly.(2)Through the detonation speed test, severity test, and functional performance test of the above mixed explosives,it is found that the detonation performance of emulsion explosives is greatly improved by passivation RDX.When the content of passivated RDX in the mixed explosives is less than 20%,its The detonation velocity increases slowly with the content of passivated RDX.When the content of passivation RDX is greater than 20%,the detonation velocity of the mixed explosive increases significantly. The detonation velocities of the mixed explosives with a charge diameter of 20 mm and passivation RDX content of 45% and 50% are all greater than6000 m/s.(3)The JWL equation parameters of the mixed explosive are calculated using the detonation parameters of the mixed explosive and the equation of state theory measured by the experiment, and the numerical simulation software ANSYS-AUTODYN is used to carry out the cylinder experiment simulation calculation. The simulation calculation results are compared with the relevant literature. The results of comparative analysis show that the calculated parameters of the JWL equation conform to the relevant laws, and the theoretical calculation method of the JWL parameters can accurately calculate the parameters of the JWL equation of the explosive when the cylinder experiment cannot be performed.Using the calculated mixed explosive JWL parameters to simulate the explosive cutting of the steel plate, the results show that the passivation RDX significantly improves the cutting ability of the mixed explosive on the steel plate, and a certain blast height can increase the penetration depth of the jet to the steel plate.(4)According to the detonation performance experiments and numerical simulation results,a suitable proportion of mixed explosives was selected for the steel plate cutting experiment, and the emulsion explosive without passivation RDX was used as the blank control group. The experimental results showed that with the increase of passivation RDX content,The penetration depth of the jet becomes larger, and the cutting effect is gradually enhanced. When the passivation RDX content is45% and 50%,the mixed explosive can effectively cut the steel plate.Figure [34] table [6] reference [92]...
