The article regards the low value-added products gross bran wax,vegetable oil,waste cooking oil and biodiesel as raw materials and makes a study about mixture of on-site mixed emulsion explosive oil phase materials.Firstly,the study measured lipid materials physical and chemical index,such as kinematic viscosity,flash point,acid value and analyzed the composition structure of the raw materials by gas chromatograph.Then,characteristic indexes of lipid materials and petrochemical oil phase materials made a comparative analysis and screening.On this basis,caeeyed out the emulsifying stability experiments of the different proportions lipid materials and petrochemical oil phase materials,preliminary screening suitable proportion of lipid oil phase materials.Further made a study on the different proportions lipid materials preparation of emulsion matrix,measured the free ammonium value and viscosity of emulsion matrix,observed emulsion matrix particle shape and particle size.Made emulsion matrix sensitizing of emulsion explosive and manual charging,detected emulsion explosive density,gap distance,brisance and detonation velocity performance index.After combined with the price of raw materials cost analysis to determine the best proportion of lipid oil phase materials,replace the expensive,non-renewable and diesel fuel and oil pollution to the environment a large petrochemical oil phase materials,used production on-site mixed emulsion explosive what widely used in coal mine,non-ferrous metal mines and nonmetal mines etc.The gross bran wax,biodiesel,and petrochemical oil phase material physical&chemical indicators and structure features were researched.Measured gross bran wax kinematic viscosity of 12.476 mm2/s,flash point was 252 252?,acid value was 26.4 mgKOH/g;biodiesel kinematic viscosity of 1.852 mm2/s,flash point was 151?,acid value was 2.3 mgKOH/g;petrochemical oil phase materials kinematic viscosity of 3.324 mm2/s,flash point was 93?,acid value was 1.2mgKOH/g.Results showed that used alone gross bran wax or biodiesel as a raw material in physical&chemical indicators difficult to achieve petrochemical oil phase material index,only two sets of raw materials by different proportions of the mixture.In order to make up for their defects,at or close to the petrochemical oil phase material movement viscosity,enables the preparation of on-site mixed emulsion explosive meet the viscosity requirements,with good fluidity and pumpability,and meet the requirements of large-scale mechanized charging.Besides gross bran wax and biodiesel are higher than that of petrochemical oil phase material and compounded of lipids with oil phase material has a higher flash point,in the storage,transport and use process safety.Different proportions of lipid oil phase materials physical&chemical indicators were researched.When gross bran wax and biodiesel ratio proportions 1:2.2,lipid oil phase materials of kinematic viscosity 3.361mm2/s,flash point was 192?,acid value was 9.5mgKOH/g;the kinematic viscosity of the most close to the petrochemical oil phase materials.Using the proportions of lipid oil phase materials,ammonium nitrate 70%,sodium nitrate 6%,water 17%,oil phase materials 5%,emulsifier 2%,emulsifying temperature in 80 to 85?,feeding rate(13?20)grams per second,initial emulsification speed 700rpm,final emulsification speed 1400rpm,emulsification time 15seconds to preparated emulsion matrix,measured the free ammonium value and viscosity of emulsion matrix,observed emulsion matrix particle shape and particle size.Then in(50?55)? sensitization temperature under sodium nitrite concentration of 20%for chemical sensitization,sensitizing agent dosage is 2%,sensitization time 3min,emulsification after the explosive sensitization for manual loading and testing explosion.The characteristics of emulsion matrix and emulsion explosives prepared by different proportions of lipid oil phase materials and oil phase materials were studied.The results showed that proportion of the gross bran wax and biological diesel was 1:2.2 preparation of emulsion matrix viscosity 280646 mPa·s,the free ammonium content is 0.21%,emulsion matrix particle size 3um?7um and particle shape of circular rule;the density of emulsion explosive is 1.18 g/cm3,sympathetic detonation distance of 4cm,brisance 14.7mm and detonation velocity 4424m/s,explosive performance indicators fully meet the relevant requirements of the national standards GB18095-2000 in the open-pit emulsion explosive.Under the same process conditions,petrochemical oil phase materials preparation of emulsion matrix viscosity 273497 mPa·s and free ammonium content is 0.22%,emulsion matrix particle size 4um?8um and particle shape of circular rule;the density of explosive is 1.16g/cm3,sympathetic detonation distance of 4cm,brisance 15.2mm and detonation velocity 4504m/s.Above research results show that:by natural renewable,non polluting,low value cheap lipid wastes and biodiesel preparation of lipid oil phase materials,can be completely replace petroleum based oil phase material production site mixed emulsion explosive,in reducing the production cost at the same time,effectively reduce the blasting explosive process of toxic harmful gas,and has good social benefit and economic benefit.
