In recent years,with the development of national economy and the increase of income,people’s investment in pet food has also increased.HX pet food company seized the market opportunity and quickly formed a large-scale enterprise with the help of various national policies.However,the strong potential of pet food market has attracted more competitors to join it,which makes the industry competition increasingly fierce.In order to better improve the competitiveness of enterprises,more and more enterprises have invested more resources in sales.The training of sales team can not rely on the recruitment of talents,but more on the training of sales personnel by enterprises,and improve the comprehensive quality of sales personnel through series training.At present,the training management of sales staff of HX pet food company is not perfect.Although it has invested a lot,it has not obtained the corresponding harvest.If it is not improved,it may affect the normal development of the enterprise.Therefore,it is urgent to study the problems existing in the sales staff training of HX pet food company and take targeted measures.Firstly,from the perspective of theory and concept,this paper expounds the concept of training and training management,and introduces the relevant theories of employee training management,including humanistic management theory,training demand analysis theory,Coriolis four-level training evaluation model,so as to lay the foundation for the later research.Secondly,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of sales staff training management of HX pet food company,points out the problems existing in the current sales staff training management of HX pet food company,and analyzes the reasons.Thirdly,the training management model of sales staff of HX pet food company is designed,and the questionnaire is issued.The five dimensions of the model are analyzed by factor analysis and linear regression.Through the final influence degree and score,the deficiencies in the current training management of sales staff of HX pet food company are deduced,which provides a reference for the following research.Finally,combined with the current situation of training management in the third part and the results of training management model in the fourth part,this paper formulates the optimization principles,ideas and objectives,formulates a detailed optimization scheme,and puts forward specific safeguard measures.This paper obtains the problems and causes existing in the sales staff training management of HX pet food company,the training management model,the analysis results after the data is brought into the model,coping strategies and safeguard measures.
