Process Design Of LNG Terminal Expansion Based On Safety And Environmental Protection Concept

In today’s world,green development has become an important trend,and many countries regard the development of green industry as an important measure to promote economic restructuring,highlighting the concept and connotation of green.The "dual carbon target" is China’s solemn commitment to the world.Clean energy is an important practice of green and low-carbon lifestyle and an important task of implementing the "dual carbon" national strategy.Based on the background of green and low-carbon development and the adjustment of China’s energy structure,combined with the domestic and foreign LNG trade situation and the importance of LNG terminal expansion to China’s energy,this paper designs an LNG terminal expansion project in China through the research and analysis of LNG-related design principles,norms and standards.From the design specification to ensure the safety of the project,the protection of the surrounding environment.In this paper,according to the first phase of the LNG receiving station,and the basis of relevant information,design the scale of the expansion project of LNG receiving station,on the whole LNG receiving station is analyzed,the key technology study of key parts in the terminal expansion,discharging system is mainly studied and the new tank pipeline connection point and the design of a new tank problems,Join points through to the end will discharge main pipe rack before and a phase of the storage tank to compare the two draw a safer should be adopted to save before a period of storage tank pipe rack,tank design by reference to a mainstream way of construction period and current industry choose 160000 cubic meters of elevated pile caps 9% nickel steel concrete tank,eventually this set of expansion project scheme is designed.The design of this paper can be used as a reference for the expansion design of domestic LNG receiving station,which plays a positive role in promoting the reasonable distribution of natural gas resources,especially LNG resources,meeting the supply situation of various places and achieving the purpose of emergency peak adjustment.At the same time,it will make corresponding contributions to the "dual carbon goal" of achieving carbon neutrality by 2060.
