With the advancement of my country’s industrialization and urbanization,the demand for energy has continued to expand,which has created enormous pressure on the ecological environment.Since entering the new era,the main contradictions in our society have changed,the economy has entered a new normal,and the country has paid more and more attention to coordinated and healthy development.This thesis is based on the beautiful vision that China will reach its carbon peak in 2030and achieve carbon neutrality in 2060.Based on the traditional energy-economic-environment system(3E system)theory,this thesis studies the development status of the 3E system in Jiangxi Province.Located in the south of the Yangtze River,Jiangxi is rich in minerals,but lacks energy and has an unreasonable structure.In recent years,its GDP growth rate has been at the forefront of the country,making the contradiction between the 3E systems more and more acute.At present,there are few studies on the issues of the 3E system in Jiangxi Province.To this end,this thesis collects and organizes the data of multiple indicators in Jiangxi Province from 2005 to 2019,uses the coupling coordination method to calculate the coordinated development level of the 3E system in Jiangxi Province,and analyzes the indicators through the composite DEA method,and finally determines the Several factors have the greatest impact on the coordinated development of Jiangxi Province.The following conclusions are drawn through the research:(1)Judging from the status quo of each subsystem,the energy self-sufficiency rate of Jiangxi Province is relatively low,and there is a large room for improvement in the quality and structure of energy development;the overall industrial level needs to be improved,and the structure of economic development needs to be further optimized;the growth rate of industrial pollutant discharge is relatively fast,and the level of pollution control cannot keep up with the rate of pollution discharge.(2)From the perspective of the overall development of the system,the coupling degree of the three major systems in Jiangxi Province is very high,indicating that there is indeed a relatively strong interactive relationship among the three;in the past 15 years,it has shown an upward trend of fluctuation,and gradually recovered from the initial mild dissonance to the stage of reluctance to coordinate.(3)The low level of coordinated development in Jiangxi Province is affected by multiple factors.In terms of input,the insufficient proportion of non-coal in energy consumption and excessive CO2 emissions are the main factors;in terms of output,the proportion of output value of the tertiary industry input-output efficiency is the most sensitive,and the proportion of scientific research funding is too small to make its contribution to relative efficiency too small.(4)Due to the extensive development model in the past,there are great contradictions between the 3E systems.If we want to change the current state,we must adhere to the path of sustainable development in the future,which is also the only way to achieve the dual carbon goal as soon as possible.
