Analysis Of The Characteristics Of Ming Dynasty Costume Pattern Art And Its Application In Modern Creative Men’s Wear

With the rise of intangible cultural heritage in recent years,the pattern elements of Ming Dynasty clothing have begun to be concerned,but they are mainly used in women’s clothing and restored clothing,and do not involve the design and application of creative men’s clothing.Therefore,this paper takes the Ming Dynasty clothing pattern as the research object,through the historical perspective to find its formation and development factors,comb the basic context of its development,and at the same time reasonably classify and analyze the artistic characteristics of the Ming Dynasty clothing pattern traceability,and explore the application of its element innovation to the creative men’s wear design.This paper analyzes and studies the artistic characteristics of Ming Dynasty costume patterns from the aspects of color meaning,pattern type,pattern modeling,theme,decorative layout,and craft production of Ming Dynasty clothing patterns,and excavates their cultural connotation and design aesthetic value.It is also proposed to start from the following four aspects to design and apply the Ming Dynasty clothing pattern elements in modern creative men’s wear: first,the reference and derivation of Ming Dynasty clothing patterns in modern creative men’s clothing patterns and clothing silhouettes;second,the integration and innovation of Ming Dynasty clothing pattern colors in modern creative men’s clothing colors;third,the imitation and good use of Ming Dynasty clothing pattern decoration layout in modern creative men’s clothing;Fourth,the traditional craftsmanship and popular decorative craftsmanship of Ming Dynasty clothing patterns are integrated and symbiotic in modern creative men’s wear Through the innovative application of Ming Dynasty clothing patterns in modern creative men’s wear,it can not only broaden the decorative materials of modern creative men’s clothing design,but also make Ming Dynasty clothing patterns gain fresh vitality on fashion carriers,thereby helping their living inheritance.
