Abstract/Summary:
Extremely high altitude(above 5000 meters)mountaineering is one of the most complex sports in the lower limb joint movement of the human body.In the process of high altitude mountaineering,mountaineers not only need to have good physical fitness,but also wear professional mountaineering equipment with good sports performance and heat and humidity performance.Existing high altitude mountaineering clothing styles tend to have a siamese structure.Although the thermal insulation performance of the clothing system is good,there are still certain problems in the sports adaptability,such as poor heat dissipation,inconvenient wearing and taking off,small scope of application,bloated and heavy,etc.In the existing articles,the studies on trousers mainly focus on the sports comfort and fit of sports pants,suit pants and outdoor pants.There are few studies on sports pants and cold-proof pants in outdoor low temperature environment,There are few studies on cold-proof sports pants in outdoor low temperature environment,which cannot systematically solve the needs of high-altitude mountaineering for the warmth and sports comfort of pants.Therefore,this topic is based on the research on the factors affecting mountaineering at extremely high altitudes and the deformation law of human body in mountaineering,through the optimization of structural design and the adjustment of paper pattern parameters and other key clothing technologies,to produce extremely high altitudes mountaineering pants that meet the needs of mountaineers for exercise adaptability and heat and humidity comfort.The main research contents and results are as follows:1 Research on the influencing factors of mountaineering in extremely high altitude environmentThis study takes Mount Everest as an example.First of all,the method of literature research and comparative analysis are used to obtain the highest success rate of summiting in May every year.Secondly,the climbing routes and climatic factors during mountaineering are studied to obtain the topographic and climatic characteristics of extremely high altitude mountains,and determine the requirements of mountaineering pants in terms of thermal insulation performance,windproof performance,and sports performance.Finally,the body shape and physical quality of professional mountaineers are analyzed,and the characteristics of body shape and exercise metabolism of professional mountaineers are obtained.The requirements of mountaineering pants in terms of wear resistance,moisture dissipation and heat dissipation,and trousers structural characteristics are also obtained.2.Research on the law of human skin deformation under the state of mountaineering(1)According to the physical characteristics and sports characteristics of professional mountain climbers,combined with the motion characteristics of the lower limbs of the human body,1 standing motion and 8 mountaineering motions are determined as the measurement motions for the human skin deformation experiment.10high-altitude mountaineers and 2 ordinary man are selected as the measurement object of the experiment.A three-dimensional scanner is used to scan the lower limb morphology of 9 movements of 12 subjects,and the point cloud model of the human lower limb is obtained.The circumference,length and detail dimensions of the human lower limb are extracted.(2)The obtained data are processed and analyzed by SPSS software,and 8 groups of circumference dimensions and 7 groups of longitudinal dimensions of human lower limbs are obtained.Then the skin deformation rate is calculated to obtain the skin shape law of the girth line and the longitudinal line.The paired sample T test is performed on the line segment sizes of the details of each area in different action states and in the static standing state,and then the areas with significant changes are obtained as the buttocks,crotch,inner thigh and front of the knee joint.By analyzing these parts,the skin deformation rate and deformation amount are obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of mountaineering pants.3 Pattern design research and sample production of mountaineering pants(1)According to the environmental factors of mountaineering and the law of human skin deformation during mountaineering,the exercise adaptability and heat and humidity comfort requirements of mountaineering pants are analyzed,and the segmentation method and style design of mountaineering pants are determined.(2)The relationship between the structure of trousers and the static body shape characteristics and dynamic deformation laws of the human body are studied and analyzed.Combined with the skin deformation law of human mountaineering,the size of the control part of the mountaineering pants is determined,and the basic model of the mountaineering pants is drawn.The movement slack and detailed structure of each part of the mountaineering pants are adjusted,and the structural design scheme of the mountaineering pants is determined.(3)Two GORE-TEX fabrics are selected and tested for their snag resistance,thermal insulation,moisture permeability and wind resistance.The results show that the two fabrics can basically meet the functional requirements of high-altitude pants,so they are determined as the fabrics of mountaineering pants.(4)The production process of mountaineering pants is analyzed,and the method of pressing glue and three-dimensional fleece filling are used to ensure the thermal performance of mountaineering pants.Finally,the sample clothes of the mountaineering pants are produced.4 Subjective and objective evaluation of sports comfort of mountaineering pants(1)The thermal resistance and moisture resistance of mountaineering pants are tested by using the thermal manikin test system.The results show that the thermal resistance of each area of the mountaineering pants is relatively large,which can basically meet the human body’s demand for the total thermal insulation of the pants in a low temperature environment of-20 ℃.The moisture resistance of each area of the mountaineering pants is large,and the moisture permeability is poor.The opening design of the side seam of the mountaineering pants can assist the heat dissipation and moisture dissipation of the mountaineering pants,and improve the heat and humidity comfort of the mountaineering pants.(2)The thermal performance of mountaineering pants in-15 ℃ and-30 ℃ environment are studied by polar climate chamber and temperature recorder.The results show that in-15 ℃ environment,mountaineering pants can basically meet the body’s ability to keep warm for trousers.In an environment of-30 °C,it is necessary to combine human exercise to increase heat production to ensure the stability of the microclimate temperature under human clothing.(3)The subjective evaluation method of real person try-on is used to evaluate the feeling of restraint in the dress of mountaineering pants.The results show that: the overall movement comfort of mountaineering pants is good,and the feeling of restraint is low.When squatting and kneeling on one leg,the knee and crotch of the human body produce a slight sense of pressure,but it is within the acceptable range and does not affect the comfort of mountaineering pants.In conclusion,the mountaineering pants developed in this subject have good sports comfort and can meet the mountaineering needs of extremely high altitude environments.In the subsequent research,finite element simulation can be used to simulate the flow of air under the clothes;the movement mechanism and strain mechanism of the lower limbs can also be studied to provide a theoretical basis for improving the comfort performance of mountaineering pants.
