According to the background situation of the development of smart enterprises elaborated in China Smart Enterprise Development Report(2022),digital economy will make a new breakthrough in 2021.The scale of digital economy will reach 4.5 billion yuan,accounting for nearly 40% of GDP,which will become more stable in the national economy and play a more obvious supporting role.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further emphasizes the importance of the development of digital intelligence and promotes the innovative development of enterprise digital intelligence to become a focus of attention.At the same time,with the gradual recovery and development of outdoor sports market,consumers’ demand for outdoor clothing is also increasing.Therefore,how to design and choose comfortable and satisfactory outdoor clothing has become an urgent concern for enterprises and consumers.Reverse modeling design system is a new fashion design technology,based on 3D scanning technology to quickly realize reverse fashion design.Based on the theory of reverse modeling design,this paper aims to construct the intelligent design system of mountaineering clothing with multi-database collaborative design,studies the reverse implementation of the intelligent design system,and tests and evaluates the design system and scheme.The main research contents and results are as follows:1 Reverse logic of intelligent design systemReverse modeling design method refers to the reverse analysis on the basis of the original sample or clothing,and the design optimization of virtual fitting combined with the human model,so as to quickly obtain the clothing design scheme that meets the individual needs.The intelligent design system of mountaineering clothing based on reverse modeling can solve the relationship between people,clothing and environment by analyzing the needs of mountaineers in the mountaineering process.Firstly,the human data of mountaineers are scanned to obtain the skin deformation rule,and the characteristics of human changes are obtained as the database of the system virtual human model.Then,the model data of the existing high-altitude mountaineering clothing is collected and input into the system for reverse analysis to obtain the clothing version.The digital model and design extension modeling are created to enrich the style library.Finally,the garment model was put on the virtual model for the static and dynamic comfort test of three-dimensional fitting.Through structural adjustment and optimization of the design scheme,the mountaineering clothing system fitting library was established.2 The digital content of intelligent design system(1)By acquiring the volume data of 6 professional mountaineers,the user portrait is established,and the simulation construction of virtual models is carried out as the basis for the AI fitting of reverse modeling clothing.The skin deformation rule was obtained by studying one standing movement and nine climbing movements,and the human climbing movement model was established and partitioned to facilitate the display and optimization of the static and dynamic comfort of mountaineering suit fitting.(2)By investigating 160 types of mountaineering clothing in the mountaineering clothing market,the style information and design elements are extracted and stored in the component resource database to provide design materials for subsequent mountaineering clothing design.Then,taking the mountaineering clothing of the expedition personnel to the summit of Mount Qomolangma as an example,the research and analysis of the design elements and the reverse modeling restoration of the mountaineering clothing are carried out.On the basis of the restoration,the design method of the extended modeling is formed,and the extended design and storage of the series are carried out in combination with the investigation results.Thus,the intelligent style library of mountaineering clothing is continuously expanded.(3)The establishment of color,fabric and other resource database,the construction of multi-database collaborative design enhances the intelligence of the system,and constantly improves the virtual fitting effect and design optimization of mountaineering clothing.3 Presentation of intelligent design systemBased on artificial intelligence language and digital technology,functional modules are designed.With APP as the carrier,a virtual fitting system based on JSP and My SQL is developed to realize the intelligent construction of the mountaineering clothing design system.The functional modules of the system are developed to set the body library,style library,fitting library and other element library according to the needs of mountaineers.Visual design and integration of the entity system APP,and analysis of user modules.The system is designed to face the designer administrator and user two interfaces,and through the use of the two continuously increase the storage of the resource library: for the administrator to open the upload model channel and customer order management function,so that it is convenient to operate the background database;Set interactive home page function module and paging function module for users.4 Optimization verification of intelligent design systemThe applicability and accuracy of the design function of the system are verified by testing the mountaineering clothes optimized by the extended design of the system.And compare and analyze the process of the reverse design system,so as to verify the feasibility of the reverse design system.Among them,the physical verification is mainly conducted through the thermal and wet comfort test of warm body dummy for objective evaluation,and the static and dynamic dressing comfort of mountaineers for subjective evaluation,to obtain the overall evaluation that the mountaineering clothing modeling of system extension design can meet the needs of users.The evaluation of the system process is through the design of Matlab program comparison simulation experiment,through the analysis of parameter Settings and running procedures for the forward and reverse design process comparison analysis,the results show that the reverse design process is better than the ordinary forward process.Based on the above research,this project has designed and constructed a relatively complete intelligent design system of reverse modeling,which can meet the multi-angle expansion of users’ thinking on clothing modeling design.This reverse thinking process can also accelerate the pace of innovation and lead to better design solutions.The intelligent design system of mountaineering clothing based on reverse modeling can continuously accelerate the expansion of database and improve the overall design scheme of mountaineering clothing through the linkage design of reverse modeling.Taking this as a template,it can also be applied to more categories of clothing design,providing clothing enterprises with digital technology enabling design system solutions.
