| The chemical industry has typical industry characteristics:complex process equipment,dangerous raw materials and products,and serious environmental pollution.In order to survive and be invincible in the fierce market competition,chemical enterprises need to meet the requirements of national laws and regulations to achieve compliance and legal operation,but also need to use today’s advanced science and technology and production management concepts to upgrade outdated production processes,simplify production operation steps and processes.For the main aspects of production management of chemical enterprises to carry out intelligent,digital,integrated upgrading and transformation,the establishment of automated,intelligent factories and lean production workshop to improve production management efficiency,reduce energy consumption per unit of product and production operating costs,to avoid serious malignant accidents,to protect the lives and property of the surrounding public.The enterprise finally realizes effective production management with high integration of resources,continuous development of technology,continuous economic valueadded,and customer and community satisfaction.This paper introduces the current situation of production operation management in Company X and analyzes the problems in production management process.Through the study of domestic and international production operation management methodologies and in-depth study of waste and safety,environmental and quality risk in all aspects of production management in Company X,we analyze the root causes of current production management problems and loopholes in Company X,and practice the ideas of lean management,continuous improvement and sustainable development to optimize production management in Company X including excellence Production operation management system,product quality control management system,environmental safety risk management.Finally,a set of targeted solutions is given,mainly including:Process control optimization of production process parameters,intelligent upgrading of equipment and instruments,intelligent management of hazardous waste,intelligent control of forklift operation,etc.And the guarantee measures are proposed for the continuous implementation of the production management optimization program.This thesis is constructive to enhance the automation and intelligence of the overall production and manufacturing management of Company X,improve the production efficiency and competitiveness,promote the continuous growth of enterprise economic benefits and improve the performance of the whole enterprise.It lays a solid foundation for Company X to operate compliantly and legally in the long term and maintain long-term superior safety performance,technological competitiveness and intensive labor cost advantages. |
