| Since the official operation of NY company in 2012,the initial development period has entered the company’s growth period,and annual sales revenue has also reached billions of billions.During the development of NY enterprises,some internal problems were gradually exposed.For example,the contract management process closely related to the business could no longer meet the needs of rapid development of the enterprise.In order to solve the problems in the contract management process of NY Company,improve the overall management level of the company and improve the operation efficiency of the contract management process.According to the actual situation of NY Company,this paper makes an improvement study of the company’s contract management process.This study consulted a large amount of literature on contract management process improvement.These materials were analyzed from different perspectives and priorities.The author combined these studies and analysis to determine the research ideas and research methods of this paper.Using the contract management process of NY Company as a case study,the relevant contract management theory and process Re-engineering theory are introduced,and the basic methods used in the process of contract management process improvement are described,such as Benchmark analysis,mental landscape,and ESIA analysis.Based on the above-mentioned research background and in-depth study and combing of related theoretical knowledge,the current description and analysis of the contract management process of NY Company was conducted.Detailed analysis of the existing problems and found that the contract management process is incomplete and the contract management process.Key issues are the irregular implementation and the inefficient implementation of contract management processes.Next,analyze the issues related to the theory and contract management process,and improve the design of the contract management process of the NY company in a targeted manner.There are four stages in the design: the contract preparation stage management process and the contract signing stage management process.The management process of the contract implementation phase and the contract archive phase management process.Each stage of the process has a clear division of responsibilities.Analyze internal conditions during the contract preparation phase,add contract approval and contract bidding processes,and improve the original qualification review to ensure the integrity and dynamics of the contract preparation plan.During the contract signing phase,the contract drafting process and the contract review and approval process execution specifications were improved,and the contract review and approval efficiency was improved through the information platform.In the contract implementation phase management process,the contract change and contract settlement processes have been added to improve and strengthen the contract execution management and strictly review to ensure that the quality and schedule of the contract are effectively implemented as planned.The management process of the contract filing stage is mainly to increase the audit link and to standardize the management of contract archives.There are still many obstacles to the implementation of the improved contract management process.This requires the continuous support of senior leaders and the continuous establishment of comprehensive contract management performance evaluation mechanisms,personnel training systems,management information systems,and risk prevention and control measures as guarantees.Improvement has played a positive role in improving customer satisfaction,increasing customer stickiness,enhancing corporate competitiveness,and expanding brand effects. |
