| With the continuous development of the chemical industry,market competition has been intensified.At the same time,the national regulatory environment has changed and new measures have been constantly introduced.AN company currently has great market environment pressure and internal development pressure.Currently,it puts forward higher standards for supply chain management.In supply chain management,planning management is an important part,which is the basis of the whole supply chain management.It is imperative to improve the planning management.Based on the case study,this paper discusses the planning management of AN company,analyzes the shortcomings and problems faced by the current enterprises in the planning management,and then fully combined the relevant theories and achievements at home and abroad,and adopts the combination of practice and theory to effectively improve and optimize the planning management of AN company,so as to ensure the pertinence,integrity and science of the planning management.Based on relevant theories,this paper focuses on the analysis of the situation of AN company to clearly define planning management,to clearly sort out the plan management,to design the methods and tools to extract the planning management indicators and standardize the process of planning management.The improved planning management,with all participants in,the stratification of objects,the comprehensiveness of management,the diversification of methods and the practice of results,has great significance in improving planning management of enterprises.The research and improvement plan put forward in this paper has a positive impact on the effectiveness of planning management in AN company,and it also helps to improve the company’s planning management level.This will provide scientific guidance and reference for the development of small enterprises of the same type and enterprises facing the same planning management problems. |
