In the process of modern enterprise management,performance management has become one of the most important strategic management contents of enterprises.The perfect performance management system can evaluate the work of every department and employee scientifically and accurately.And on this basis for the enterprise's human resources management and other management to provide the basis for decision-making.With the help of literature research,qualitative analysis and field investigation,this paper analyzes and studies the present situation and existing problems of the performance management system of the production units of Shendong Coal Group.First of all,it analyzes and studies the performance plan,performance implementation and guidance,and so on.From the aspects of performance appraisal,performance feedback,performance improvement and the application of performance appraisal results,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of performance management in Shendong Coal Group,and analyzes the problems existing in its performance management by means of questionnaire survey.In this paper,the author thinks that the performance management of Shendong Coal Group is in the aspects of cognition,evaluation index system,performance guidance,application of performance results and feedback of performance communication and so on.There are many problems.After fully clarifying the objective principle of the optimization of the performance management system,this paper focuses on the promotion of attention,the construction of a perfect performance appraisal index system,the development of effective performance guidance,and the strengthening of the application of the results of the performance appraisal.In order to perfect the performance management system of the production unit of Shendong Coal Group,this paper puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from the aspects of organization,system,human resources,and so on,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions to perfect the communication and feedback mechanism and so on.In order to ensure that Shendong coal production unit optimized performance management system can be successfully implemented.
