| With the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s construction industry plays a more and more important role in China’s economic development,and the number of participants is also increasing day by day,resulting in a series of problems: frequent engineering accidents,non-standard construction market,backward level of engineering management site,endless illegal operations,frequent engineering quality problems and so on.These problems will cause many troubles to the society and the public.The safety of construction projects has become a matter that needs attention.The purpose of this paper is to take s city as an example to study and analyze the current situation and improvement measures of construction project safety supervision system.This paper uses the methods of investigation,literature analysis,observation,case law and so on.In order to solve the above problems,some suggestions are put forward,such as paying attention to the development of information security supervision platform:construction enterprises hold relevant meetings regularly and organize professionals to discuss the enterprise system according to the level of information construction;Attach importance to the application of new technology in the safety supervision system: add new technology to the means of supervision and inspection,carry out mass supervision,Internet and other news media supervision,and use network technology to build the project quality and safety supervision information system;Improve the third-party safety supervision system: regularly carry out technical training for the personnel in place of the third-party quality supervision service organization;Give full play to the coordinating role of the Construction Industry Association: improve the access standards of the construction industry;Disclose the conscientious performance of full-time technicians to the community and supervise their strict and conscientious performance of their duties;Speed up the improvement of various laws and regulations on construction projects: improve the safety reward and punishment system of construction projects;The government pays more attention to the safety supervision of construction projects: delegate power to the safety supervision department and cooperate with other departments for supervision;Set up comprehensive quality training for government supervisors;Strengthen the company’s qualification examination and other improvement countermeasures.The research of this paper is expected to promote the development of China’s construction industry and further improve China’s construction project safety supervision system. |
