Research On Digital Platform Of Administrative Supervision Of Engineering Construction Safety

The problems of engineering construction safety is becoming more serious every day with the booming development of the construction industry,the work of the government regulation on engineering construction is becoming more and more dif-ficult too.Compared with industrial assembly line,the construction industry don’t ha-ve high degree of standardization.The informatization level of construction industry is low,the application level of government regulation on engineering construction is in arrears of the market and enterprise.The government regulation of the construction instrudy is short of reliable information network platform,most of them trans-mit information by the paper document.The first step,this thesis investigated the mainstream saftware house those are domestic and foreign,and investigated their solutions for government regulation on e-ngineering construction at first.Then this thesis surveyed the system,the policy of the government regulation on engineering construction safety.And the next step this thesis set the constrained boundary of the platform by researching the game theory and the pattern of government’s purchasing service,confirmed the correct direction of the platform function design.At last,this thesis researched Guangzhou and Wuh-an which had experience of information platform development on the government regulation on engineering construction safety.Secondly,in consideration of the requirement of the government regulation on engineering construction safety,this thesis put forward the designing scheme to solve the problems of the government regulation on engineering construction by inform-atization and internet.In this way,this thesis formulated the business framework of the platform,designed the function of the platform,came up with the technical req-uirements of the platform,in this way,the platform could help the government to complete digital transformation and accomplish the job of the government regulation on engineering construction safety.At last,by a case of the report of Construction Bureau,Jiang’an district,Wuhan city,according to their result,it proved the rationality of the platform design.Accroding to the research,we can leran about that the digital platform can contribute to the government regulation on engineering construction safety,and the effect are as follow:(1)improved the supervision efficiency of comp-etent departments,(2)reinforced the utilization of,(3)strengthened the ability of eme-rgency disposal,(4)reduced the probability of construction accidents.
