Abstract/Summary:
The safety supervision of construction projects involves the government,supervision units,construction units,and other units.Among them,government supervision of construction safety plays an important role in supervision and guidance.This article takes the current situation of construction project safety government supervision in Shaanxi Province as an example,analyzes and evaluates the current situation of construction project safety government supervision,and gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Research on safety risks in the field of constructionBy starting from the four aspects of accident type,accident month,accident occurrence area and hidden dangers of supervision,a comprehensive analysis of the safety risks in the construction field of Shaanxi Province for the three years from 2017 to 2019 was carried out.At the same time,it was compared with the safety supervision system at home and abroad.Through the comparison with the safety accident control situation of other provinces in China,it provides supporting data for the improvement and promotion of the government supervision efficiency of construction engineering safety in Shanxi Province.(2)Evaluation of government supervision mechanism for construction project safety based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy processThrough the analysis of China government mechanism for construction project safety supervision and Shaanxi Province construction project safety supervision government mechanism,from construction safety government supervision laws and regulations,construction safety government supervision team configuration,construction safety government supervision methods and construction safety From the four perspectives of the emergency response plan for government supervision,the main factors that affect the safety supervision and management of provincial construction projects are found,and the evaluation model of the effectiveness of the construction project safety government supervision mechanism is established by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and the construction project safety government of Shaanxi Province Case analysis on the status quo of the supervision system.Obtained the Shaanxi Province construction engineering safety government supervision efficiency evaluation conclusion,and at the same time screened out the more important indicators for the efficiency evaluation.(3)Establishment of a tripartite supervision game model for safety behaviors of construction projects and supervision suggestionsThrough careful research and analysis of the supervision mode,supervision performance,supervision objects of Shaanxi Provincial governments at all levels of construction safety management,as well as the safety management status and existing shortcomings of Shaanxi construction enterprises and project responsibility subjects,the concept of game theory is introduced into the construction In the field of engineering,combined with the characteristics of the field of construction engineering,the ideas and methods of game theory are used to explain and analyze some phenomena in the field of construction engineering.Construct a game model of tripartite supervision(government supervision agency,construction unit and supervision unit)project safety behavior,and try to give specific supervision suggestions from the government perspective based on the conclusion.The research results can provide a certain reference for the improvement and improvement of the efficiency of government supervision of construction engineering safety,so as to reduce the occurrence of construction engineering safety accidents.
