| In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization construction,a large number of infrastructure projects and residential projects have been started.As a result,various types of construction waste materials,construction waste and other construction waste are increasing.At the same time,there are more and more vehicles transporting various types of construction waste on urban roads.These massive urban construction wastes not only pollute people’s living environment,but also bring some potential safety hazards.At the same time,violations and safety accidents of construction waste transport vehicles have also been frequently reported in the newspapers.Dripping,leakage,sprinkling,speeding,overloading,running red lights,dumping and other violations have been prohibited repeatedly,which not only endanger the urban environment,but also easily cause safety accidents,and the public has strong complaints.At present,there is a lack of effective management of urban construction waste and its transport vehicles,resulting in prominent problems in urban management and traffic safety,which is a huge challenge in the construction of beautiful cities and smart cities in China.Combined with advanced 5g communication technology and video monitoring technology,the intelligent identification and tracking of urban construction waste and its transport vehicles will make the supervision of urban construction waste more active and precise,and improve the effectiveness and level of smart city construction.With this as the goal,this paper mainly carries out the following research work:(1)Technical system design and hardware deployment of urban construction waste intelligent supervision system based on 5G communication technology and video monitoring technology.According to the requirements and objectives of intelligent supervision of urban construction waste,the hardware deployment scheme and principles of intelligent supervision system are proposed,and the data transmission scheme based on 5g communication technology in the intelligent supervision system is designed.On this basis,the technical framework of intelligent supervision system of urban construction waste is proposed,which is mainly divided into four layers: front-end perception layer,data layer,business application layer and system function layer,providing basic support for intelligent urban management.(2)Identification and classification supervision strategy of urban construction waste based on image analysis.Based on the image analysis technology,according to the characteristics of urban construction waste,this paper puts forward the pretreatment process of construction waste image based on median filter,Gaussian filter and histogram equalization enhancement.On this basis,it is proposed to quickly obtain the local texture and color features of construction waste according to the image texture information and color information.Further,through feature fusion and sample data enhancement,A construction waste identification and classification model based on fully connected network is proposed.At the same time,according to the supervision requirements of urban construction waste,the emergency disposal and management mechanisms of different construction waste are put forward,and the disposal and management business models are designed respectively,which provides a guiding basis for the research and development of urban construction waste intelligent supervision system.(3)Identification and tracking management technology of illegal behaviors of construction waste transport vehicles.On the basis of image recognition and vehicle information management,this paper puts forward a method to identify violations such as dripping,leakage,sprinkling,over height,over limit and random dumping of construction waste transport vehicles in the transportation process.Based on the license plate recognition method based on image analysis and vehicle management information,the affiliated units,responsible subjects and regulatory departments of construction waste transport vehicles are associated and tracked to achieve the application goal of intelligent supervision.(4)Based on the principles,methods and technologies proposed in this paper,the intelligent supervision prototype system of urban construction waste is developed,and the integrated application and verification are realized in the intelligent urban management project of Ninghai County.The intelligent supervision system of urban construction waste based on 5G communication technology and video monitoring technology makes full use of fast and stable communication technology and efficient image analysis and identification technology to carry out intelligent identification and classification management of urban construction waste,and conduct accurate identification and tracking supervision of construction waste transport vehicles,so as to provide a basis for waste treatment in the process of modern urban construction and development supervision provides important technical support and management platform,which is of great significance to improve the efficiency and level of urban safety management. |
