Research On Industrial Collaborative Agglomeration And Economic Green Development In China Under Environmental Regulation

Under the new normal of the economy,the low-carbon and green development have become the important characteristics of the economic development mode,and it is the general trend of promoting the green economic development.Industrial collaborative agglomeration as an important gripper to improve the quality of economic growth,can effectively play a role of positive externalities,promote economic green development needs further research,and different intensity of environmental regulation on enterprise production scale and location selection binding differences,through the industrial location layout adjustment,ultimately affect the economic green development.Under the constraints of environmental regulation,it is of great significance to discuss whether the industrial collaborative agglomeration can promote the green economic development,and how to formulate scientific and reasonable environmental regulation intensity and optimize the industrial collaborative scale and spatial layout for the realization of green economic development.First,Systematically summarize the research status,related concepts and theories of industrial collaborative agglomeration,environmental regulation and economic green development,Clarify the direct path mechanism of industrial collaborative agglomeration to economic green development and the threshold function mechanism of environmental regulation in it,Lay a foundation for post-empirical research;next,Select the relevant data of 259 cities in China from 2003-2019,Calculate the industrial collaborative agglomeration level,green total factor productivity and its decomposition item index and environmental regulation intensity of each city respectively,And analyze and evaluate its development status from the national and regional level;last,The linear and non-linear relationship between industrial collaborative agglomeration and economic green development is studied from the perspective of environmental regulation.Construction system GMM model empirical analysis of industrial collaborative agglomeration linear influence on economic green development,and based on environmental regulation perspective,construct panel threshold model,explore the influence of industrial collaborative agglomeration on economic green development because of the environmental regulation intensity difference,and further analyze the linear and nonlinear regional heterogeneity.The research shows that:(1)there is a positive linear relationship between industrial collaborative agglomeration and economic green development.The national and regional level significantly improves the level of economic green development,and the regional test results show that the positive promotion effect in the eastern regions is higher than that in the central and western regions.(2)Industrial collaborative agglomeration has a non-linear relationship with economic green development,in which environmental regulation plays a positive role in the threshold.National,the eastern region and the central and western regions environmental regulation dual threshold effect is significant,environmental regulation under the intensity of the industry synergy agglomeration positive impact on economic green development in the country and the eastern region is the first increase characteristics,in the first threshold value,in the Midwest was first decrease and increase,across the second threshold value after the strongest positive effect.Based on the research results,the following countermeasures are proposed: strengthen green technology innovation and enhance the power of economic green development;uphold the concept of collaborative development,improve the quality of industrial collaborative agglomeration according to science;adapt to local conditions;dynamically regulate environmental regulation intensity,exert optimal regulation effect;implement spatially differentiated environmental regulation intensity,and coordinate regional coordinated development.
