Social Impact Assessment Of BT Sewage Treatment Project In GZ City Based On Cloud Model

In recent years,with the gradual improvement of China’s urbanization level,water shortage,water pollution and other phenomena frequently appear,sewage treatment projects as a major component of infrastructure construction,has become the key concern of the country to establish a long-term ecological and environmental management mechanism.Although vigorously promote the construction of sewage treatment projects can reduce pollutant emissions and improve water quality,but the matter of public health and safety,once the problem is easy to cause negative impact on society.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate and analyze the possible impacts of sewage treatment projects.The thesis summarize the relevant concepts and theories of wastewater treatment projects and social impact evaluation,clarifies the connotation of social impact evaluation of wastewater treatment projects,and determines the basic concept of social impact evaluation of wastewater treatment based on engineering sociology,sustainable development theory and comprehensive human development theory.In the process of social impact evaluation of sewage treatment projects research,the following work was carried out.(1)Analysis of social impact factors of sewage treatment projects.Based on the research results of social impact evaluation of projects at home and abroad,the possible social impacts of wastewater treatment projects are analyzed from different angles and levels,and a hierarchical holographic mode1(HHM)consisting of case analysis,full project life cycle,social impact composition,project participants,and project obj ectives is constructed to identify a preliminary list of social impact factors.(2)Construction of social impact evaluation index system for wastewater treatment projects.Based on expert opinions,the key components of social impact evaluation indexes are screened out using principal component analysis,and the social impact evaluation index system of wastewater treatment projects is constructed,mainly including four primary indicators and 23 secondary indicators of socio-economic impact,social-environmental impact,social inter-friendliness and ecological environmental impact.(3)The social impact evaluation model of wastewater treatment projects was constructed.By comparing and analyzing the commonly used evaluation methods,the cloud model is selected as the evaluation model of the paper.Based on the cloud model theory,the social impact evaluation model of wastewater treatment project is constructed,and the social impact evaluation of BT wastewater treatment project in GZ city is empirically analyzed to verify the feasibility of evaluation indexes and the rationality of evaluation model.(4)Through the example analysis,a comprehensive evaluation cloud map is generated,and the conclusion that the overall social impact of the BT wastewater treatment project in GZ city is good is drawn.In order to analyze more precisely the reasons for the formation of this evaluation result,through the calculation of the similarity between the evaluation cloud of primary and secondary indicators and the standard cloud,and the level-by-level analysis with specific values as reference,targeted suggestions are made on how to avoid the negative impacts of the project and expand the positive impacts of the project.The social impact evaluation model constructed in this study,taking the BT wastewater treatment project in GZ city as an example,is practical and can provide reference for the social impact evaluation of similar projects in the future.
