| There is a risk in investing in any project,and investment in natural gas projects is also such.If investment decisions cause mistakes,investors will face huge losses.Therefore,before developing and constructing a project,investors must evaluate the benefits of the project,especially the social benefits.Only in this way can we discover the various potential benefits of project construction,and we can make full use of natural gas resources to manage and control the benefits of the entire construction cycle.This article takes the Ru-Hai-Chong Pipeline Project as the research object,through the study of the social benefits evaluation of the project and other relevant knowledge,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to carry out the social benefits of the Ru-Hai-Chong Pipeline Project.Specific analysis and evaluation.First of all,the relevant theory of project benefit evaluation has been fully studied and studied.Secondly,the unquantifiable social benefits in the project construction have been applied to AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and a comprehensive evaluation of social benefits has been conducted.During the comprehensive evaluation of the project’s social benefits,four aspects were selected: increasing employment and social income,improving the ecological environment,improving infrastructure,corporate humanities and social environment,and constructing a social benefit evaluation indicator for the Ru-Hai-Chong Gas Pipeline Project.System,and using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,the social benefit weights of the project such as the Ru-Hai-Chong Gas Pipeline project are derived,and the project’s social benefits are mainly reflected in the improvement of the ecological environment;after a comprehensive evaluation,the project is obtained social benefits are good,and the degree of membership is 72.04.The establishment of the Ru-Hai-Chong Gas PipelineProject has a profound impact on promoting local development and improving local energy distribution and infrastructure construction. |
