Study On The Impact Of WY Shale Gas Development Project On Social Ecosystem

With economic development,population increase,and improvement in quality of life,the contradiction between my country’s energy supply and demand has become increasingly prominent.Shale gas is clean,efficient,and rich in content.In order to improve my country’s energy structure and ensure the country’s energy supply security,since the 12 th Five-Year Plan,my country has begun to attach importance to the exploitation and use of unconventional oil and gas represented by shale gas,Making it a part of my country’s gas source diversification strategy Shale gas development projects have the characteristics of large investment scale and long development period.Because my country started late in the field of shale gas exploration and development,and the technology is not mature enough,shale gas development projects will have a certain impact on the local social and ecological system.The WY shale gas development project is a key development project in my country’s shale gas field,and its location is a national-level shale gas development demonstration zone.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on the evaluation of the impact of WY shale gas development on the social ecosystem,and to provide a theoretical reference for realizing the sustainable development of WY shale gas development.First of all,it has studied the relevant domestic and foreign literature and academic results in the past ten years,and compared the development results and status quo of shale gas at home and abroad,clarified the research ideas and methods of the paper,and explained the research purpose and significance of this paper.Secondly,it expounds the relevant concepts and theories of the impact assessment of the WY shale gas development project on the social ecosystem.Combining with the characteristics of the social ecosystem,the WY shale gas development project’s influencing factors on the social ecosystem are analyzed from two aspects: the ecological subsystem and the social subsystem.Then,using the literature analysis method and the Delphi method,6 secondary indicators and 21 tertiary indicators were selected from the ecological subsystem and the social subsystem.An evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process and cloud model evaluation method was constructed,and the WY shale gas development project was taken as an example to analyze,and the evaluation results were obtained.Finally,according to the threelevel indicators with greater impact,relevant improvement measures are proposed from six aspects: reducing water consumption,reducing water pollution,reducing solid waste pollution,reducing the impact on residents’ lives,enhancing environmental protection information disclosure,and formulating relevant management systems by the government..
