Research On Government Supervision Of Housing Construction Safety

With the rapid development of my country’s construction market,the housing construction industry has become an important industry.Every year,housing construction safety casualties all over the country occur to varying degrees,affecting the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry.The government plays an important guiding role in the supervision of housing construction safety,which will effectively reduce the occurrence of safety casualties.Based on this,the author has consulted domestic and foreign literatures,applied the principles of government regulation,and developed through the following central research questions: First,taking the L District of Wenzhou City as an example,it summarizes the specific practices of government supervision of housing construction safety,and establishes The results of government supervision;second,taking three construction safety accidents as typical cases,in-depth analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the L District government’s supervision of housing construction safety,to provide factual or policy basis for reducing the occurrence of housing construction safety accidents;Thirdly,put forward the useful countermeasures and suggestions to improve the L District government for the safety supervision of housing construction,effectively improve the supervision level of the local government,and promote the safety management of housing construction to a new level.In order to deeply understand the specific practices of the L District government on the safety supervision of housing construction,the paper focuses on the following three aspects: first,strictly review the construction safety;second,do a good job in the control of the construction safety process;third,establish the construction Safety Regulatory Evaluation.While doing a good job in daily supervision,the L District government has also achieved the following results: first,reducing the occurrence of various construction safety accidents;second,assisting the smooth completion of various investment projects;third,promoting the stable development of the construction industry in L District.Although the government supervision in District L has achieved certain results,there are still some problems and deficiencies.The paper combines the typical cases of construction safety accidents and draws the problems of government supervision of building construction safety in District L: first,heavy regulations and light penalties;second,the supervision responsibilities are unclear;third,the level of supervision is low;fourth,the supervision and assessment are backward.At the same time,the author has fully thought about the occurrence of the above problems.The main reasons are as follows: first,the omission of supervision and regulation;second,the supervision system is not smooth;third,the supervision guarantee is insufficient;fourth,the supervision responsibility is unclear.Combined with the problems and causes of government supervision in District L,and using relevant theories and research methods,the thesis puts forward useful countermeasures and suggestions: first,improve the supervision and regulations;second,straighten out the supervision system;third,improve the supervision Fourth,increase supervision and assessment.Finally,the paper concludes that the L District government should continue to effectively play the role of supervision on housing construction safety,constantly improve and perfect the problems in supervision,and form effective experience.As long as these experiences are used properly,government supervision will play a role in housing construction safety.to an important strengthening and safeguarding role.
