| My country is now in the stage of urbanization,and the demand for urban infrastructure and real estate projects has grown rapidly.In recent years,the construction industry in X City has shown a good development trend,and its role in contributing to local finance,improving the appearance of urban and rural areas,improving the quality of life,and increasing farmers’ income has been continuously demonstrated.It has become a pillar industry for economic and social development and an industry that enriches the people;In an industry with frequent dangerous events,there are many uncertain risk factors at the construction site.With the continuous expansion of the construction industry and the continuous enrichment of business models,the safety production situation in the construction industry is not optimistic.Safety accidents occur from time to time,causing certain casualties and economic losses,affecting social harmony and stability.The government supervision system for construction safety in X City has not yet been perfected,and it cannot keep up with the pace of the development of the construction industry in the region.There is a gap between the effect of government supervision and social expectations,which makes government safety supervision even more difficult and faces huge challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically study the government supervision of construction safety in X City,seek measures and paths to optimize the construction safety government supervision system in X City,change work ideas and methods,improve the efficiency of government safety supervision,and reduce and control the occurrence of safety accidents.On the premise of ensuring the safety of people’s lives and property,gradually expand the construction market,create a new situation for the high-quality development of the construction industry in X City,and seek new opportunities.Based on the theory of government supervision,the theory of new public services,and the theory of collaborative governance,this research uses literature research method,case study method,on-site investigation method and other research methods.This paper analyzes the current situation of government safety supervision in terms of methods and content,supervision process and characteristics,general situation of construction industry development,specific supervision practices and typical cases,and discusses the problems and causes of government supervision of construction safety in X City.Put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of government safety supervision.Research shows that the normalization of government supervision of construction safety in X City has been on the right track and achieved certain results.However,due to the imperfect laws and regulations system,unclear definition of department functions,weak safety supervision force,and backward supervision methods,the government supervision of construction safety in X City still has heavy safety supervision tasks,low efficiency,and lack of safety supervision.A series of problems such as coexistence of offside and offside,irregular market supervision of the construction industry,and lag in safety publicity and education.It is suggested to improve the government supervision of construction safety in X city from the aspects of establishing a long-term supervision mechanism,improving the overall quality of the construction industry,implementing the main responsibility for safety,and innovating the safety supervision model. |
