development status indicator system of Shanxi Province’s resources,environment,industrial economy,and power support,conduct empirical analysis,and evaluate the development status of Shanxi Province in all aspects.The research results show that: in recent years,the comprehensive index of Shanxi Province has increased year by year,but the growth rate is relatively slow.One of the reasons is that the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has caused some resistance to the transformation of the industrial structure,which is not conducive to the flow of various elements.For the green transformation and development of Shanxi Province,the focus is on technological innovation and the transformation of economic structure.It is necessary to enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation,build a reasonable industrial structure,and then promote the development of society.Among the resource and environmental indicators,the comprehensive index of resource utilization is the highest,indicating that the effect is good,but the overall trend is slowing down,indicating that there are still bottlenecks to be broken through;in the industrial economic
