Shitang Ancient Village in Renhua County,Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province,Shitang Ancient Village is one of the oldest and most complete ancient villages in Renhua County,Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province.Shitang Pile Flower Rice Wine,which features layers of flowers poured into a cup,is produced in Shitang Ancient Village.Today there are countless rice wine brand packaging,but there are still problems of backward brand awareness,monotonous packaging,lack of regional cultural connotation and regional characteristics.The packaging design of "Guduijiao" is designed to establish a brand image with a high degree of regional cultural identity and to promote intangible cultural heritage.This study chose the "Guduijiao" brand as the design target,rooted in the cultural advantages of Shitang Ancient Village,to create a unified regional brand image to establish the core selling points and competitive advantages of the product.The first step was to analyze domestic and international rice wine brand packaging cases and the current status of development,and to clarify the need for "Guduijiao" to the culture of Shitang Ancient Village.We extracted elements from the culture of the ancient village of Shitang and the history of the development of Pile Flower Rice Wine,and applied them to the visual design of the packaging in the form of digital prints to maximize the use of resources while meeting the basic needs of the packaging design of "Guduijiao" Pile Flower Rice Wine.The packaging structure and material technology that best fit the characteristics of the "Guduijiao" brand were used to explore the local cultural connotations of the ancient village of Shitang,to promote the local culture,and to increase sales.Through the above research and practice,on the one hand,we can make the culture of Shitang Ancient Village known to more consumers through the carrier of packaging while the regional rice wine products enter the commercial market,and on the other hand,we can create a bright and recognizable packaging of pile flower rice wine that is rich in regional cultural connotations,which will bring consumers closer,increase consumer recognition,and expand a wider audience.The "Guduijiao" packaging is designed to bring consumers closer,increase consumer recognition and reach a wider audience.Highlighting the culture of the ancient village of Shitang on the brand packaging of "Guduijiao" rice wine will contribute to the inheritance of local culture and provide a powerful reference for other local cultural brands.
