| With the development of global economy,great changes have taken place in the social and economic environment.Enterprises need to participate in the international economic competition in R&D,production and sales,which inevitably requires enterprises to strengthen management,improve product quality,reduce quality cost,and realize the reform and innovation of quality management.Liquid paraffin product is the characteristic product of S Petrochemical Company,which has obvious competitive advantage in the market.However,in recent years,due to the instability of crude oil price and frequent changes in nature,it not only makes the processing process more difficult,but also seriously affects the product quality.Therefore,how to improve the product quality and maintain the market share has become an urgent problem for the company.This paper first introduces the development process of quality management and related theories and tools,and analyzes the research status of quality management at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the quality problems of liquid paraffin products in S Petrochemical Company as the research object,the quality data of the products are collected,and the specific reasons affecting the product quality problems are found out by using the quality tools such as permutation diagram and cause effect diagram.Combined with the actual situation of the company,a series of improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of process improvement,quality control process,on-site management and staff training.In order to improve the product quality performance and pass rate,and effectively solve the product quality problems.Finally,in the implementation stage of the improvement plan,through the implementation of standardization work,strengthening the quality culture of the enterprise,improving the employee incentive mechanism and other means,the quality awareness of the whole staff has been improved,and the enterprise has a good cultural atmosphere to ensure the effective promotion of the implementation plan,and finally realize the management concept of quality first.The conclusion of this paper will provide theoretical basis and practical basis for improving the quality of liquid paraffin products.At present,the company has implemented some improvement schemes and achieved good results.The qualified rate of liquid paraffin product quality can reach the standard stably.The scale of QC group is growing.It has solved many quality issues and carried out various training.The quality awareness of employees has been generally improved.The company’s standardization process has been steadily promoted,and the quality management level has been improved. |
