From the current stage of China’s economic development,China is in a period of economic growth rate shift,economic growth GDP indicators in the past decade to maintain high growth,usually 8%-10%growth rate,with the economic restructuring and supply-side reform,GDP will not be able to continue to maintain a high growth state,but to switch 5%-5.5%growth range.Facing the current economic development status,our government’s economic work conference takes steady growth as the keynote to stabilize the economy,stabilize employment,protect people’s livelihood and prevent and control the occurrence of systemic financial risks.Therefore,in the context of carbon neutral,all provinces in the country are facing difficult economic development mode transformation,especially provinces that highly rely on fossil energy consumption and thus drive provincial economic growth,then as China’s richest resource endowment of coal resources,for the coal industry is a very special class of industries,in the context of carbon neutral,the coal industry is faced with both to ensure the security of China’s energy supply,but also face In the context of carbon neutrality,the coal industry is faced with the strong constraint of ensuring the security of energy supply and reducing CO2 emissions.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study energy saving and emission reduction and technological innovation in traditional coal industry.This paper takes traditional coal enterprises as the research object.Based on a large amount of domestic and foreign literature review,sustainable development theory,low carbon economy theory,and "carbon peaking and carbon neutral" theory,combined with CGE general equilibrium theory model and social accounting matrix SAM table,we put forward relevant research objectives and basic hypotheses.After data integration,statistical and analytical verification,we summarize and draw conclusions.In summary,combining the previous research results,model derivation and result analysis,we aim to analyze the difficulties of traditional coal industry transformation,and what path the traditional coal industry should take to achieve low carbon transformation and carbon neutrality,so as to show the direction for the traditional coal industry in the transformation,upgrading and technological innovation path.This paper concludes that by adopting a combination of the invisible hand of the market and the active hand of the government,combining carbon tax and technological progress,using carbon tax to solve the problem of insufficient willingness of enterprises to reduce carbon emissions,and raising the cost of enterprises through carbon tax means to force enterprises to seek the optimal way to reduce carbon emissions.At the same time,through improving technological innovation,emission reduction technology and carbon capture and other technical means to reduce carbon emissions,and ultimately adjusting the energy use structure of enterprises and improving the electrification rate of high carbon enterprises is the solution to achieve the root cause of the problem,which provides effective suggestions and opinions for the transformation,upgrading and technological innovation path of traditional coal enterprises in the context of carbon neutrality. |
