Research On The Classification And Management Of Domestic Waste In Urban Communitie

With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,urban population continues to grow,at the same time,along with the improvement of people’s living standards,the amount of urban household garbage production shows an explosive growth trend.However,Chinese garbage classification started late,garbage classification facilities and systems are not perfect,more importantly,residents with the habit of mixed garbage delivery,which seriously restricts the smooth development of urban household garbage classification.Garbage is a misplaced resource,with improper garbage classification and treatment,it will not only waste resources,but also pollute the environment,which is not conducive to the realization of green and sustainable development and is bad to the improvement of residents’ happiness,sense of gain and satisfaction.Urban community is the basic unit and important node of social management and the front position and main battlefield of household garbage classification management.If urban communities can carry out garbage classification smoothly,then the possibility of success of the whole city garbage classification work will increase exponentially.Therefore,this paper mainly takes X community as the research object,based on the theory of collaborative governance,analyzes the existing problems and causes of garbage classification from the perspective of multiple subjects participating in community garbage classification,and explores effective ways to solve garbage classification by constructing the multi-subject collaborative scheme of "GRES" for urban community household garbage classification with the purpose to achieve the goals of reduction,resources and harmless.By referring to relevant literature,conducting field research on community conditions,and using methods such as literature research and questionnaire survey,the relevant theories of garbage classification and the current situation of garbage classification are studied and analyzed.Then,combined with the collaborative governance theory,the scheme and measures of multi-subject collaborative participation in garbage classification management are proposed.The first chapter mainly discusses the research background,research significance,research overview at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,innovation and so on.The second chapter mainly describes the household garbage classification and other related concepts and collaborative governance theory,and analyzes the practicability of collaborative governance theory to urban community garbage classification from the perspective of community,the combined application of practice of collaborative governance and garbage classification.The third chapter studies and analyzes the status of garbage classification in X community,including community choice,garbage classification management process and status analysis.The fourth chapter describes the problems existing in garbage classification,and analyzes the reasons from the perspect of government,enterprises,residents and so on.The chapter fifth puts forward the "GRES" scheme about multi-subject collaborative for garbage classification,and analyzes and discusses the collaborative scheme from the aspects of external environment,effective factors,ideological consensus and so on.The sixth chapter puts forward feasible suggestions.In terms of the government,it proposes to promote the legalization of garbage classification,improve the classification facilities and guide the participation of multiple subjects.In the aspect of residents,it is proposed to enhance the sense of community belonging,enhance the sense and ability of classification.In the aspect of enterprise,it puts forward the market leading role and property management function.In terms of social organizations,it proposes to strengthen self-construction and play a good role as a bridge.
