| The Yi people have a long history and splendid culture,and their population is the sixth largest in minority in China.The traditional costumes of the Yi people are an important part of their culture.The Gepo branch of the Xundian Jinyuan Township is decorated in elegant and simple style,embodying the elegance and simplicity of Chinese traditional culture.Taking the investigation and analysis of the clothing culture in the region as an example,systematic research on ethnic costumes is of great significance for the protection and inheritance of traditional culture.Longtan Village and Wafang Village of Xundian Jinyuan Township belong to the Gepo branch.The type of clothing is classified as Wumeng Mountain.Due to the influence of many factors,different styles of clothing are produced.In Wafang Village,not only the costume styles of Longtan Village but also the traditional costumes of different shades have been added,which fully illustrates the characteristics of “Ten different customs”.Through the analysis of the human environment and the natural environment,the traditional costumes of men and women in the two villages are studied in terms of structural modeling,material technology and decorative aesthetics.Proposes the innovative design ideas of ethnic costumes by studying the brands that are currently applied successfully by the elements of the Yi people.It is intended to provide constructive opinions for the development of apparel in the current ethnic areas.At the same time,through the research on innovative methods,the creation of Chinese brands in China’s garment industry will spread Chinese culture widely and play a role in enhancing ethnic confidence.Only by paying more attention to the ethnic cultural connotation,modern ethnic costumes can create more popular modern ethnic costumes,and will truly carry forward the essence of traditional minority costumes. |
