Research On The Behavior Of Ethnic Minority Farmers In Yunnan Based On Ecological Civilizatio

Rural areas that minorities lived in are of rich species and unique landscapes,however,the development of economic level and educational level are relatively backward,the ecosystem is quite fragile and easily destroyed.Minority farmers’ behavior is the foundation of the ecological civilization construction in minority areas.Due to the development of traditional culture,the minority formed its own unique ethnic customs and habits,The purpose of this paper is to study the status quo and problems of Yunnan minority farmers’ behavior,analyze the influence caused by their behavior characteristics,develop appropriate countermeasures to actively optimize their behavior,to ensuring the continuous improvement of the rural households’economic development level,reducing environmental damage and maintaining the balance ecology.At first,design model of minority farmers’ behavioral system by referencing related researches on ecological civilization theory and combining the situation of ethnic minority farmers.Then collect the actual behavioral data of the surveyed minority farmers,describe and analyze the status of the minority farmers’ behavior about producing,living and consuming.By clarifying unfavorable factors that existing in minority farmers’ behavior,clear direction for improvement of ecological civilization construction principles and policies.To improve the practical significance of the recommended policies,investigate the farmers’ willingness of participating in construction of ecological civilization in Gengma County in Yunnan province and analyze the factors that affecting the farmers’ willingness.Through the comprehensive analysis of the farmers’ objective behavior and subjective views,the corresponding policy will be more reasonable and scientific.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,suggestions to improve the minority farmers’ behavior will be recommended as follows.One,fully develop the local resources and actively promote the program of low-carbon agriculture that characterized of sustainability and recyclability by effectively motivating the local governments,farmers and businesses to cooperate with each other;Two,the government was suggested to promote actively the new energy project in rural areas by increasing the investment in capital,technology and advocacy,improving related systems and measures and strengthening rural infrastructure;Three,improve the minority farmers’ ability of low-carbon consumption by increasing the farmers’ income and encourage financial institutions to innovate new credit way that suit minority famers.Besides,foster the farmers’ awareness of low-carbon consumption by ways like popularizing primary education,increasing media propaganda,etc.
