Construction Of Evaluation Index System For Low-carbon Behavior Of Ethnic Minority Farmers In Yunna

Today the global climate has emerged gradually warming trend.In many developing countries,China has made remarkable achievements in economic development,a negative result brought about rapid economic development is that China’s current deteriorating ecological environment.In building and construction and development of low-carbon eco-environment China has invested a lot of money also made unremitting efforts,while the source is located in the Pearl River,the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and Lancang River upstream areas in Yunnan,China,many ethnic minorities,but also excellent ecological resources and environmental conditions key areas of national ecological protection,is also a natural disaster-prone areas.Therefore,the construction of low-carbon in this area is particularly important,while Yunnan is a gathering place for minorities,so the minority of low-carbon behavior analysis,assessment is essential.This paper based on the existing research on the basis of domestic and foreign,choose to build a seven-level indicators,including low-carbon economy,low carbon production behavior,the behavior of low-carbon life,low-carbon consumption behavior,carbon conscious,low-carbon and low-carbon environment system a total of 25 secondary indicators,using AHP to determine the weight of each index,empirical research using gray correlation analysis,four Yunnan minority(Bai,Yi,Hani and Dai)conduct.The results showed that in the evaluation study of the Dai ethnic minority households ecological civilization based on low-carbon behavior is the highest score,followed by Bai,Yi and Hani;ranked first in the development of low-carbon economy is Dai,followed by the Yi,Bai and Hani family;low-carbon production behavior ranked Dai,followed by Bai,Yi and Hani;low-carbon lifestyle behaviors is ranked Dai,followed by Hani,Bai and Yi;carbon consumption behavior ranked Hani,followed by Bai,Yi and Dai;carbon conscious ranked Dai,followed by Yi,Bai and Hani;carbon system ranking first is Bai,followed by Yi,Dai and Hani;carbon environment ranked Bai,followed by Dai,Yi and Hani.Finally,compare the data points of 2012 with 2013,evaluation and analysis of the results.
