Study On High-quality Development Strategy Of Shenzhen Marine Industry From The Perspective Of Enterprise

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Shenzhen has given full play to its unique geographical advantages adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao and facing the South China Sea,firmly grasped the new historical mission and task of the construction of a "maritime power",the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the construction of the pilot demonstration Zone,and turned the strategy of maritime power into the practice of accelerating the high-quality development of the Marine industry in Shenzhen,focusing on the overall goal of building a global Marine center city.Accelerate the development of ocean-related enterprises,build a competitive modern Marine industry system,and inject strong impetus into the high-quality Marine development of the country and the province.Shenzhen is born to the sea,and the Marine industry is an important growth pole supporting economic and social development in the new era,and it is also an important strategic resource for Shenzhen to take the lead in achieving high-quality development and promoting Chinese-style modernization in the new era,and to improve the development level of ocean-related enterprises and the development level and quality of Shenzhen’s Marine industry in an all-round way.It is of great significance to optimize the allocation of Marine production factor resources and promote comprehensive and coordinated development,and will further help Shenzhen to build a high-quality global Marine center city.This paper systematically reviews the basic conditions for the high-quality development of ocean-related enterprises and Marine industries in Shenzhen at the present stage,standards the connotation and requirements of the global ocean center city,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of ocean-related enterprises in Shenzhen,and identifies the focal points in the aspects of "forging long board" and "reinforcing short board".The first is to systematically sort out the development status of ocean-related enterprises in Shenzhen,analyze the resource environment,industrial environment and policy environment of ocean-related enterprises in Shenzhen,and through the comparison between Shenzhen and other global Marine center cities in China,find out the "family background",clarify the main direction of "forging the long board" and "making up the weak board",and comprehensively improve the endogenous driving force and competitiveness of Shenzhen ocean-related enterprises.Second,with the help of SWOT matrix analysis tool,this paper comprehensively sorts out Shenzhen’s ocean-related enterprises’ own capabilities and external environmental factors,and further discusses the strategic choice of high-quality development of Shenzhen’s Marine industry in combination with the characteristics of industrial scale and industrial structure.Third,build a deviation-share analysis model,build a model for the main types of relevant ocean-related enterprises,analyze the contribution of the added value of each type of enterprise to the growth of industrial scale output value,compare the average level of Shenzhen’s Marine transport enterprises,coastal tourism enterprises,Marine equipment manufacturing enterprises and other enterprise types with that of other regions of the country,and analyze the difference level.To explore the challenges facing the overall level improvement of Shenzhen sea-related enterprises and its countermeasures.Fourth,from the perspective of enterprise strategic development theory and the whole life cycle of the enterprise,using the thinking of enterprise strategic choice,the leading enterprise of Shenzhen Marine transportation industry is taken as a case,the internal and external environment of the enterprise is analyzed and combed,and the strategic choice of the group is proposed.The fifth is to explore the construction of a guarantee system for the implementation of the high-quality development strategy of Shenzhen’s Marine industry,propose safeguard measures for the implementation of the system mechanism,scientific and technological innovation level,talent team,rule system construction and other aspects,and form a sound ecology for the development of ocean-related enterprises and the high-quality and sustainable development of the Marine industry in Shenzhen.This will give full play to Shenzhen’s position and unique role in the development pattern of the Marine industry in the Greater Bay Area,and contribute to the economic and social development of Shenzhen and the construction of the global Marine center city.
