Study On Efficiency Measurement And Spatial Spillover Effect Of High-quality Industrial Development In Urban Agglomeration Along The Yellow River

Industrial development is not only the main body of national economic development,but also the foundation of competition among big countries.With the increasingly fierce international competition,the problem of "big but not strong" industry has become increasingly prominent.Among them,the Yellow River Basin is an important ecological barrier and economic development area in China,but its industrial development level is uneven,and the industrial development among urban agglomerations also shows differentiation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the efficiency level and spatial spillover effect of industrial development in urban agglomerations along the Yellow River for improving the high-quality industrial development of urban agglomerations along the Yellow River.Therefore,how to scientifically measure the efficiency level of high-quality industrial development in urban agglomerations along the Yellow River;Whether the measured industrial high-quality development efficiency level along the Yellow River exists spatial correlation,and what kind of spatial spillover effect does spatial correlation have on the industrial high-quality development efficiency along the Yellow River? The discussion of the above problems is the starting point of this paper,so as to help the high-quality development of industry in urban agglomerations along the Yellow River.By combing the relevant research status and theoretical basis,this paper first establishes a measurement index system from three aspects: input,expected output and unexpected output,based on the super-efficient SBM model of three-stage unexpected output and the Global Malmquist-Luenberger index model,and analyzes the efficiency characteristics of high-quality industrial development along the Yellow River urban agglomeration from static and dynamic perspectives by using the panel data of 58 urban units from 2011 to 2020.Secondly,Moran’s I is used to examine and analyze the spatial correlation of industrial high-quality development efficiency in urban agglomerations in the process of spatial evolution,and then the spatial spillover effect of industrial highquality development efficiency in urban agglomerations along the Yellow River is explored through spatial econometric model.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of industry in urban agglomerations along the Yellow River.The conclusions are as follows:(1)From a static point of view,after excluding the influence of external environment and random errors,the industrial high-quality development efficiency of urban agglomerations along the Yellow River decreased from2011 to 2020,and it was at a low level as a whole,which did not reach the effective unit of "DEA".At the same time,the industrial development efficiency level among urban agglomerations was significantly different,showing a phenomenon of high in the east and low in the west,especially the industrial efficiency level of urban agglomerations along the Yellow River in Ningxia was far lower than that of other urban agglomerations.(2)From a dynamic point of view,after excluding the influence of external environment and random errors,the total factor productivity of industrial development in urban agglomerations along the Yellow River has increased.Except for urban agglomerations that have reached the "DEA" effective unit,the change of technical efficiency is the main driving force to promote the urban agglomerations in Hubao,Eyu and Shandong Peninsula,while the change of technological progress is the main driving force to promote the urban agglomerations in Jinzhong.(3)The high-quality industrial development efficiency of urban agglomerations along the Yellow River has positive spatial correlation and agglomeration characteristics,but the spatial correlation and agglomeration characteristics of high-quality industrial development efficiency of urban agglomerations along the Yellow River show a downward trend with the passage of time.(4)In the urban agglomerations along the Yellow River,except Ningxia,Lanxi and Jinzhong urban agglomerations,the industrial high-quality development efficiency of other urban agglomerations has spatial spillover effects,and the spillover effects of the driving factors of industrial high-quality development of these urban agglomerations are obviously different.
