| As the problems brought about by climate change continue to affect human living space,many international actors are actively participating in and promoting global climate governance.China,as the largest developing country,has taken the initiative to strengthen its own climate governance and implement climate policies and measures under the framework of United Nations,while actively providing support and assistance to other developing countries and trying to put forward its own ideas and plans in climate governance.However,it is undeniable that western countries have always occupied a dominant position in the international discourse system of climate governance.At the same time,there are some misunderstandings and misinterpretations of China’s efforts to enhance its international discourse power.It has become an urgent issue for China to explore the influencing factors of its own power of international discourse on climate governance and then construct the power of international discourse on climate governance.This paper focuses on the extraction of factors affecting the international discourse power of climate governance,and on this basis,to analyze the influential factors of China’s international discourse power of climate governance.Firstly,from the theoretical basis of the international discourse power of climate governance,this paper summarizes five factors affecting the international discourse power of climate governance: The strength and willingness of the subject of climate governance discourse,the interest and moral representation of the content of climate governance discourse,the effectiveness and diversity of climate governance discourse platform,the multi-actor and multi-level of the object of climate governance discourse,and the international discourse system of climate governance.Secondly,according to the above five factors,the current situation of China’s international discourse on climate governance is analyzed in combination with its current practice.Finally,due to the negative factors,the challenges of China’s international discourse power in climate governance are summarized,and China’s response of international discourse power in climate governance is concluded. |
